Refused to let me withdraw money, and stated I just needed to use my debit card (implying that I have full access to my funds they just wouldn't help me). I directly lost money because of solely this, and I already have nothing in life. As a bank they will never refund any charges (late, miscellaneous, or other) or mishaps on their behalf. They do not care about the account holder, they care about your money. They will make things as difficult as possible and ultimately never make them right, even when you approach them through the proper channels. I highly suggest that everyone read some of the one star reviews because recently they have mirrored my experiences with FNBO. "We regret the service you received did not meet your expectations"-FNBO. Not only did it not meet expectations, it DIRECTLY caused me to lose money & they refuse to make the situation right.Speechless.

I love how this one is always willing to go out of their way to help me I live closer to a different location but would rather travel the extra 10 minutes to come here. Grace is very sweet and always helpful. Haley too.

For a little over a week ive been dealing with some issues concerning my bank and everyone ive talked to from the fraud department to the people in the branch have been absolutely phenomenal helping me out with everything. Ive been a FNBO customer since I was 15, never had any issues, even when ive gone in angry at them for stuff they couldnt control(didnt know at the time) everyone is so helpful and makes sure that im all taken care of.

They make you come up to the lobby just to get a simple cashier's check now, when they were doing them in the drive thru with no issues before now. They claim that this is "easier", but it isn't. Thanks FNBO!

ATM at FNBO drive through disabled deposit function???I have no idea why the machine isn't capable of accepting deposits, but the app would not accept due to size. The Saturday crew had left for the day so I could not deposit inside the bank or a drive through teller. So, I tried to deposit using the ATM and it allowed the following functions to "Check Balances. Transfer. Get Fast Cash. Get Cash.", no function for "deposit". Then on Sunday, I cannot do the deposit. And today (Monday) is government holiday and the bank is still closed.I called an ATM specialist today that is taking phone calls and she said they machine takes deposits (as far as she knows) and after I explained, she said she was sorry and didn't know. Not overly impressed with this either.Why is the deposit disabled??

The employees at the drive thru are so incredibly helpful and kind! We had some issues with our debit card when we were trying to go out of town and they were so patient with us and worked with us until we were able to get our problems solved! You guys are the best, thanks a bunch!!

We can't even talk to anyone at any branch (no one answer the phone ...all automated recording) not even the main customer service even at 00-642-0014 no matter what option you choose. Very frustrating. Thinking about closing the acct and move to a different FI.

Enzo Jin was very rude...I was trying to open a business account,so I had some questions. He approached me at the lobby and asked me about my questions mate. Don't you have to offer me an private room??? What's going on there? Fnbo is my favorite bank but this thing is frustrating me. You bring business to them,and he's salary is dependent on us( i.e customers) and you would like to get a common customer service

I set up a personal checking account yesterday with Travis G. It was easy and took very little time. Today I requested a complicated wire transaction and he was super patient and nice which tells me I chose the right banking institution. Thanks again Travis G.!

I would never recommend this place. I closed out my account today as a couple individuals in the drive thru left me a message and mocking me. Hopefully the branch manager will fire these people for being idiots and because they lost a lot of money from a great customer. There are plenty of banks in Omaha that treat you like a real customer and know you. Go elsewhere. Cobalt credit union has a high interest checking account.

How hard is it to actually do your job?!? Seems like every single banker has the intelligence of a Juice pouch. Nothing like printing up the wrong account information and making me run all around town after telling me you had the right information. Anytime a bank is involved the task you want done is going to be about 10x harder because they’re beyond stupid. <3
