I have had a business account with them for over 20 years and generally don’t have any problems. I had a cash deposit in one of their ATMs that took almost 2 days to clear. Which normally takes less than a couple hours. Thus, causing me to get an overdraft fee. I called this particular branch and was told the manager of this branch offers no refunds on the overdraft charges and would not even hear what happened before the lady hung up on me. After this experience and the other reviews about the management at this location, I think I’m going to take my business account elsewhere. This is unacceptable in my opinion and should be any easy fix and adjustment to my account. Apparently they have little care for the customers that make them money.

I love all the help and smiles I get at this branch! I have a banking relationship with several banks in town; FNBO is the best!!!

Terrible bank, DO NOT USE. It took them a year to submit a business loan for me but will gladly give you a cc at 26% interest. It is a giant mess and they are ALL useless besides a select few. Their policies constantly change and none of the workers can keep up on it or are informed of the constant changes. They can't handle filing loan paperwork, make you come in to sign it then lose it. I can write a book in just 4 years using them of how they have wasted money and have been a set back to my business with their lack of care or concern for anything but money

Stopped by quick while driving home to exchange some $20s for $100 and they wouldn't do it because I didn't have a debit account. Went across the street to CVS and they did it just fine. Asinine...you're a bank, act like one.

If you can’t even get a cup of coins cashed by a teller then I wouldn’t expect nothing but horrible service from this group…. Unbelievable how bad of customer service you can truly have.

Refused to let me withdraw money, and stated I just needed to use my debit card (implying that I have full access to my funds they just wouldn't help me). I directly lost money because of solely this, and I already have nothing in life. As a bank they will never refund any charges (late, miscellaneous, or other) or mishaps on their behalf. They do not care about the account holder, they care about your money. They will make things as difficult as possible and ultimately never make them right, even when you approach them through the proper channels. I highly suggest that everyone read some of the one star reviews because recently they have mirrored my experiences with FNBO. "We regret the service you received did not meet your expectations"-FNBO. Not only did it not meet expectations, it DIRECTLY caused me to lose money & they refuse to make the situation right.Speechless.

I've heard quite a bit from the community that they deny or complicate service to people of color. I would be extremely cautious. Please read some other low reviews to understand the full scope of what's happening & partially why I say the things I do with such conviction. Thank you, and may God have mercy when dealing with this bank.

My son who is a young Black male went in to cash his payroll check and for some reason THIS branch felt that they had to call and verify the check. There are good hard working Black young men out here and should not have to be profiled when trying to cash what they worked so hard to get. I called the bank and talk to someone, who was very polite, but that’s called good customer service, because I had read about another young Black male who went through the same thing at a bank and instead of calling the employer the bank called the police because the young man was standing up for his self, upset that he was being treated this way, and the sad part was that when the police came the young man lost his life for NO reason!!!! It’s never been a problem at any other branch. Something has to change. This is not fair at all and quite humiliating to say the least.

Absolutely awful experience the manager and the assistant manager are very racist I will definitely will be closing my accounts. I’ve been a member for several years and I’m truly traumatized by the way I was treated

My wife and I wanted to establish a relationship with a bank and get a HELOC to add a 1,000 sq ft addition to our home. Contacted FNBO about HELOC in fall of 2020 and began transferring accounts. For the HELOC, they offered a "drive-by" appraisal that turned out to rely only on county records that did not yet include a brand new 800 sq. ft. carriage house and garage with its own separate address. The carriage house is clearly visible from the street but despite our insistence, photos etc., they still refused to acknowledge the existence of the carriage house in the appraisal. FNBO then told us that we could wait and get a more thorough on-site appraisal that would indeed include the carriage house. After waiting several weeks, FNBO still refused to include new carriage house in the appraisal with no reason given. My wife and I literally wasted 5 months with FNBO when we could have started construction of our addition with a different bank. In the meantime, lumber prices have risen about 30% and my near-perfect credit score took a hit due to FNBO's inquiries and opening new accounts with them. Have since gone to Bank of Colorado who actually wants to do business with us.

I e been a customer for over 13 years. I had a late payment fee of $40 charged and they are not willing to remove it. Very poor customer service. Especially after being a customer for so long. It seems ridiculous that they are willing to loose a customer over $40.
