I walked in to check on Ckecking accounts for my rental business...The lady that was sent to help walked into the lobby and looked past me, shrugged her shoulders and left...No service for the looks of me I guess.

Went to this location for opening a checking account and safe deposit box on 10/10/23 at 2.30pm. The staff asked me to come back tomorrow 9.00am. I think it ridiculous so I proceeded to Veridian credit union down the street. Veridian credit union just took half hour to fulfill my needs. What a shame fnbo!!!!!!

I’m writing this as I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes now in the business lane. No other cars around, just a slow trickle. They either just don’t want to work (2 employees are on their phones) or they can’t do math. Either way, this is very disconcerting.

I've been banking at First National Bank as only my 2nd bank experience.That's been quite a few years, as the 1st Bank (can't remember the name) sold out under another name.I didn't like that, so I moved to FNBO and have been happy with them since.25 plus years.

This review is strictly from the drive up ATM. Even though I didn't deal with a live person today - First National employees are always friendly in my opinion. There seems to be many stalls at this location and one ATM stall versus the 114th location with two. It's a little janky to get to this particular location, but it was convenient for me today! Thanks for many locations around town!

This was my first time visiting this branch and everyone was very friendly when I walked in and while assisting me with my transaction. I met with Chris Nellis also while there, he is so wonderful. I had questions about my escrow statement and he took the time to break everything down for me and answer all of my questions. Him and Karen helped us get our mortgage through FNBO in a very timely manner during our home buying process a year ago. Since then, they've both been extremely helpful with any questions we've had, especially Chris.

Sat in the drive thru and watched the guy help another customer before and I'm CLEARLY waiting to be greeted so I can make my withdrawal. After waiting and seeing 4 employees at the window and still no one greeting me I finally had to CALL the teller to get some service! I've never had to do that at a bank or credit union...ever. Ridiculous.
