Really liked this credit union,and the staff that worked there. Unfortunately now they have closed this branch down. I find the fancy ATM they have put in it's place is a disappointment. Half the time it don't work or have the right paper money I need. I don't like getting 150 in 5s. Granted this don't happen all the time but it still is a hassle. I'm seriously considering getting my direct deposit switched back to my old credit union.

I've been a member for over 40 years and have always enjoyed banking here. In the fall of 2022 FNCU will be closing the branch I normally go to and will be opening a ATM with a virtual teller. What a disappointment it is to loose the human contact in place of a monitor. I'll find somewhere else to do my banking

Went through the drive in area no one there. 10am then went to the lobby but it was locked went to drive in once again and waited 10 min for a gal to finally assist me.

I have a personal account with First Nebraska and am treasurer of an organization that also has an account there. I visit the facility more for the organization than for my personal account, but I have always been impressed with the professional, efficient help I receive. One visit took over half an hour because I ended up making four separate deposits in different sections of our account, and each one of them involved both checks and cash. Everything ended up where it belonged and was dealt with in a very competent manner. Shortly after I assumed the treasurer's position, I was at home trying to log into both my account and the organization's account. For some reason, my computer would only log into one of the two accounts. I called First Nebraska, and the person who helped me efficiently led me through the needed steps to straighten out the problem. We ended up on the phone for at least 15 minutes, but, once again, there was no frustration on her part as she patiently helped me solve the problem. I highly recommend First Nebraska Credit Union.

it has been really nice having 120th location but since they are closing this branch it is no longer suitable for us to stay with them as all the other location's are two far away for us . we have been with this credit union since 1982 so we have moved to a different credit union

Wanted to thank the team at 120th for their outstanding customer service when I phoned looking for items I had misplaced while running errands and thought I had left them at the drive-thru. It is always a pleasure to visit this branch, as it is with any of the 1st Nebraska locations.

Kudos to Deb at the 108th & Maple branch! I was out if town and needed some emergency banking services. She gladly stepped up and quickly solved my immediate banking needs. Using my personal banks would have taken up to two weeks to solve the problem, but FNCU was there when I needed them! Thanks so much, Deb and FCNU! That's why I've been a FNCU member for over forty years!

Great credit union full of professional, accurate, helpful, and friendly people. I have been a member for 20 years. Their sites are convenient with great hours of operation. My only suggestion, drive up ATM's and I can live without them due to all of their major strengths.
