I ordered online. They had half of the items that their website said where in stock. They didn't tell me this though, and charged me for the full order. I had to drive back and show them what they failed to give me so I could get my money back. Shouldn't sell products you dont have.

I arrived 8:44pm and the doors were locked and there was no one that answered when calling to inquire about the time they close. On the website it states the store's closing time is 9pm.

The WORST bathrooms I've ever seen in my life. One bathroom had a dirty smelly mop, another had no soap and a puddle on the floor, and the last one had no soap and PISS on the seat. Each bathroom smelled horrible and there were no employees around to ask to clean the bathrooms. I understand it's busy but all three bathrooms being absolutely gross is another. Also I don't know why they have self checkouts if you can't even scan them yourself.

We have visited this location many times but the most recent visit was more inviting than any other time. The store is 120% less cluttered and cleaner. Your hard work and dedication is appreciated, thank you.

I'd like to rate higher because the employees are nice; however, this store has not proved to be the fastest at pick-up orders. Other locations are done within the 6 hour waiting the websites states. Westroads' Five Below has always taken 2 days before items are ready to pick up. I will continue to shop here, as long as I'm not in a hurry to pick it up.

five below, everything between 1 and 5 dollars, I found superb Stitch stuffed animals and especially ramen for 1 dollar 50, they sell everything there, it's very practical
