“I ordered flowers from out of state to someone in Omaha and Kyle called me to make sure the recipient would be home because he was concerned the weather was too cold to put them on the porch. I said I wasn’t sure, but go ahead and leave them on the porch. He called me again later in the day to let me know the temperature was over freezing and that he had tucked the flowers in the corner of the porch so they would be ok. I haven’t had such great customer service in a long time. Kyle went above and beyond.”
