Went through the drive through were I was told I needed to come in and chat with a banker. That was no problem so I parked and headed in. I came to the counter wondering about my new credit card and how to add it to my phones app to see a balance and make payment.
Pretty simple stuff but I did not have the time to scroll through the app so I went there for help to get straight to it.
Keep in mind there were not many people in the office besides the workers ofc. I was told I needed to wait in the lobby for a banker to come get me. That never happened after about 30 minutes of waiting. No one checked in, no one cared besides the very nice security guard at the front door. So I left quietly and retured to my workplace without a solution to what I thought was a very simple problem a “banker” had to help me with and not the tellers.
I don’t blame anyone and I am positive the folks that work there are nice people but I wanted to share my experience.

Best bank I've ever used. I have never had an issue here. No surprise fees, nothing. I can open multiple accounts, get a loan, manage my money in person or in the app, they will even give me a new card on the spot! If there's any suspicious activity they let me know right away or they take action. My personal favorite is the fact I can take out some of my money or I can take it all and still keep my account open. Another bank, charged me something like 500$ and I was so incredibly outraged, NOTHING like that has ever happened at FNBO. I'll die with an account here! Open and full of cash because I know I can trust them to do what they do. Thank you. Stay classy

Mayra at this branch is an absolute rockstar! I've needed a bunch of assistance with our business account, credit card, and debit card and she's been such a huge help - and PATIENT! Couldn't recommend her enough. Hope to see her continue to advance her career with FNBO.

I wish I never opened an account with them. They froze my account and won’t give me any written documentation about my account being frozen. I reported this bank to the FDIC. Also whoever answers the phone has a major attitude.

The employees of this branch have always been kind and responsive to requests. It seems the people who work at this particular branch strive to offer the best service they can for their customers. Perfect place to cash a check! ;)

Something has been pending in my account for 5 days now. I just want my money back. Banks shouldn't be able to control money like that.
