I was having trouble getting my CPAP supplies filled locally, so I called Focus Respiratory. Jenn is wonderful to work with and transferred me to Valley Respiratory to fill my order. Olivia at Valley Respiratory is also wonderful to work with. Thank you Both!

Find a different provider. I'm going to before my next need for their so called service. Talked to 3 people. Got 3 different answers. They constantly interrupt with "I'm so sorry". Actions speak louder than words. Within 5 mins of phone call which wasted more than 30 mins of my day they called back to tell m I need to come in. I don't drive so this is a huge inconvenience for me. Don't even bother with them. Horrible customer service!!

A catastrophic failure. Their robot sent me an email saying it was time for me to reorder supplies, but the online system would only allow me to order all possible supplies, not just the one I needed. So I tried phoning in my order. I was told I was not allowed to place an order for another six week, on June 31. There is no June 31!

When you walk in their office you become invisible. There are people working ,they walk by you ,,,but yet to be asked if I can be helped. The manager is rude and very "important", just ask her.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare from the beginning- 1. They missed my referral and approval for 4 months to start me as a new customer. 2. Has been charging me inappropriately for 6 months on autopay while not handling the prior-authorization process at all. 3. Never communicates regarding insurance requirements or billing- just demands charges. 4. Had Medical Procedure that prevented me from using machine so they charged me additional funds because the app said I wasn't using- I was told that I had to pay and then deal with insurance on my own. 5. Customer service is horrendous- takes days to return calls, if they even call back. Why do they not have enough staff to answer the phones? Finding people to help with anything at this company is a nightmare. 6. Minimal staff, untrained staff and a phone system that is a nightmare to try to navigate. Stay away from this company- I wish I had never dealt with them.

My cpap machine quite working and I got on the phone and called and waited a long time to get answered! Then they told me to use the machine anyway, And I told her it got too hot to plug into the wall and she said she would call me back. Well that was three days later and had no new news on getting a new cpap. This went on for long over a week, but she was not concerned .So we had to with draw $1.300 from our bank and order a new machine. A couple day later she called and I told her I ordered a new one. Then she got mad and told me she would have to call and cancel the one on order. My week and one have had been sleeping in my chair up right. I received my cpap on 1-16-2022. Surprise The old bag call today 2-25-2023 and i told her to cancel my account after over ten years of supplies . But they don't give a dam they still get paid. Lets pull there license on medicare patience. Mike .M
