Went up to ask a worker if they had a top since it said online they had it. She instantly goes well we have 100+ boxes in the back and I’m not gonna go find it. I didn’t ask her to, all I asked if it was on the floor. She could have been way nicer since I did not ask anything of her. Also I was the only one in the store, not like they were busy.

This location has rude cashiers. As well as do they not do a floor recovery? I've seen Good Wills better organized and kept up on. Plus their in store Marketing is trash. Mislabeled sales everywhere. Whoever is managing that location... should be ashamed.

Loved my product but the checkout lady with the hijab insulted my friend..my friends very short and sensitive about it. The lady asked how old she was and when my friend said 20 the lady started laughing in her face saying "no really??" like theyve never seen a shorter person before. I think it was ridiculous how she found that amusing..

I was in their dressing room when a man put is phone under my stall and took pictures of me while I was in a state of undress. I told the employees but should have had people observing the dressing room to make sure stuff like that does not happen, they failed to do so and now I am very shook en up!

I knew the sizing in this store was smaller, but genuinely what the hell. I'm a size 14, I have plenty of size 14 clothes that fit perfectly, I got a size 30 for shorts, which I assumed would be baggy, but I own belts. You know what I found out? They didn't fit. Super disappointing, I should not need to go more than double my normal size just to find out it won't fit. The size 30 in this store is roughly a size 10 everywhere else I've been to. The other 2 items of clothing I got did fit good, and were cute, so I did give 2 stars, but still, I feel like if I step foot in that store again I'll have a brain aneurysm.

I walked in the store at approximately 7:40 PM. The store was supposed to close at 8. I quickly scanned the top floor and grabbed two items, and I then went down the escalator to search for anything else I would like. I then went to find a fitting room to try my two items on. It was 7:46. One of the young workers told me the fitting rooms were no longer open because they were closing in 14 minutes. Now frustrated as I couldn’t try the clothes on, I went to go upstairs to return the items to their racks. The escalator was blocked off with a cart and sign, and a different young worker told me I could not go upstairs. This was 12 minutes before close. 12 minutes BEFORE close I could not try on clothes, return my items, or go upstairs to leave. The worker then asked if she could put my items on hold, I told her I would not be coming back. Very disappointed.

One escalator broken. Other one only going down. Elevator won't work. Have to go downstairs for most clothing. Then upstairs to try on... then downstairs to pay!! But can't get upstairs in store!!!
People are always rude. Return policy I'd a joke!

if you take a heavy magnetic and hit the sensor it should come apart. that happened to me before. I just Google it and that's what it told me amd it actually worked I didn't have that big or strong of a magnet but I just kept hitting it really hard with what I had amd it released it

I am unhappy with the lack of professionalism of the people who work at the cash register. I went to the store yesterday and bought 1 boot. and a few more things. leaving the store. the alarm went off, the cashier didn't remove the alarm from his jacket. (when I got home the boot wasn't in the bag). I had to return to the mall the next day. I went to the store again, bought some things... and retrieved the boots that hadn't been put in the bag. (I got home again, and again the girl at the register didn't remove the alarm from the dress! How do you wear the dress?! (I don't live in Omaha... and the neighboring city doesn't have the forever store! Yeah? a lack of attention to the customer. the cashiers need to pay more attention, this is the second time! if every time I go to the store, I will have to remove everything from the bag and check it before leaving the store. Could someone please help me? give me a support where I could remove the alarm from the dress? or am I going to have to go to Omaha for the 3x???

Got my Daughter at two hundred dollar gift card for her birthday just for her not to be able to use it. The Machines have been down for over a week , This is the second week i've checked to see if corporate has done their duty to fix this matter. To my surprise it's still not fixed , from the employees knowledge As I was told they had no idea when. Had I known I would have chose a different store gift card this is truly disappointing ?
