Bought earrings on sale for $5 each. When I got home to take the earrings off the card, the post that goes through the ear came off. I took it back to the store at Westroads to see if I could pick a different pair. The sales person said No, they were final and the post didn't come off in the store. Yes, it was only $5 but the bigger message was the attitude of the salesperson and customer service.

Went in today looking for a sweater to wear with a dress, and while they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, the employee working was really friendly and kind. They seemed to be the only one working the floor, but they still greeted every customer, and they asked if I wanted to enter the raffle in the store before I left, even though I wasn’t buying anything. I was really glad to see a gender nonconforming person working there because representation is so important, especially in a state like Nebraska. I will definitely be back the next time I am looking for something cute.

lady with the long black messy hair with glitter in it , with makeup that was trying to cover the pores was so judgmental . me and my friend felt racially profiled . she was being so nice to the white women and mean mugged me and my friend. 0/0 I do NOT recommend this store

The main lady that works at this store is rude! She looked bothered that I was returning an item. Good thing I checked the return date because she told me I passed the date, in which it was untrue!

My daughter discovered this store while shopping for clothes for homecoming with a friend. She found a very cute maroon pantsuit and a cute sage green dress for only fifty dollars each. The next day she wanted to go back with me and we shopped for some jewelry to go with the outfits she had found the day before. I liked a lot of the clothes we looked at and thought they were really cute and not a bad price. The jewelry was a little pricey though and the store is a bit cramped and I felt pretty claustrophobic while inside. But I would definitely shop here again in the future.

Do not go to this location. The main lady that works here is extremely rude and judgmental. I was in the store recently trying a few things on and she asked how things worked out. I told her oh nothing I tried on I liked, she rolled her eyes and said hmm ok. I also have taken a dress back that I did not like once I got home and when I took it back she was very rude and it seemed like she was angry that I was returning it. If you are going to go to this store, go to the one at Village Pointe only.
