Just left this store . Walked in , and was not greeted as the associate was the only one in store it seems and was at cash checking someone out. Understanding that she was on her own I went on looking around . Those guests left, and she never came to check on me or acknowledge me. I was in there for at least 10-15 minutes. And was able to make it throughout the entire store without her even acknowledging me at all.

I was there today at village point. The girl working tbe cash register was so helpful and so nice. I’m not sure of her name but she had a green dress I think possible it was a shirt but I think it was a dress. Little bit shorter the Shoulder length hair. She was kind and very helpful, and smiled and it seemed like there was two girls in front of us who checks out and they were either being mean to her or making fun of her, but they were rude to her and laughing uncontrollably- really immature. And the cashier was still kind to them, had a smile and say thank you have a nice day, and then helped us - it didn’t effect her or if it did, we wouldn’t have known. That’s the type of employee worth keeping and she deserves a raise, I will always come back to this location due to the amazing customer service ehich definitely lacks these days.

i usually don’t review places because i feel bad but today i had the worst experience, my friend and i decided to go into this store because i’ve always really liked their jewelry, we were browsing around and one employee kept following us the whole time as if we were going to steal something. i was really uncomfortable and the employee asked if she could take my friends items to the front, which i would normally view as super nice and helpful but my friend only had two things in her hands. they kept following us and it was hurtful so we decided to just check out and leave.
