When you only buy a home a few times in your lifetime, it's good to know you have someone to navigate you through the details of the process. Ben not only helped me figure out the financial part but also made me feel safe and confident beginning with my decision to buy through closing. He was my first call. I would recommend Ben to anyone interested in buying or refinancing a home.

I can’t say enough nice things about my experience with Ben Kugler and Freedom Lending. I was dealing with a uniquely challenging situation and reached out to Ben and we talked about our goals and what we were wanting to accomplish. We found our dream home and Ben went to work to make it a reality. Great communication throughout underwriting always available to take my calls and discuss anything I had questions about. We closed on our house just a few days ago and are already enjoying this next chapter in life.

Ben and I had a client that we worked with for nearly a year. Went through several contracts that the buyer decided to get out of the contract. Ben was steadfast and hung in there. We finally got the client closed on a house.

Ben was extremely knowledgeable in all phases of our refinance. We had a unique situation with adding our daughter to title and finalizing the refinance and Ben handled every issue professionally. Buying a house is like baking bread--without yeast the bread won’t rise, without flour there’s no substance, without heat it’s just dough, etc.--you must have the necessary ingredients and elements for the bread to come out juuuuuust right. ::Chef’s kiss:: And similarly when buying a house, there are key “ingredients.” Ben Kugler was the critical “ingredient” of making the loan a reality (as a Senior Loan Officer for Freedom Lending) in our recent home purchase. We got into the market more quickly than expected and wanted to put an offer on a house--Ben reviewed our applications and gave us a preapproval quickly (note: it was a Saturday!), and, as such, we were able to put in an offer before the upcoming open house on Sunday! In the very competitive Omaha housing market, I suspect if we hadn’t put our offer in before the open house our situation would have become a bidding war. Ben’s “bedside manner” is excellent--for me, as a first-time homebuyer, much of this process and many of the associated terms were new to me and sometimes nebulous. But Ben was always willing to walk me through any of my questions or misunderstandings--even giving me a call early in the process to walk me through step by step. I’m sure he receives a ton of questions in his role, but he acted like it was his first time hearing my questions and I appreciate how he delivers customer service with such a positive and kind attitude. Ben operated as an intermediary between us and the underwriter to ensure all the proper documents were included for the closing, so we were able to secure a loan for this home that I am just so grateful to be in! Our realtor recommended Ben to us and I enthusiastically recommend Ben to you!

As a current customer and a victim of their constant failure to provide just the minimum service - do not use this lender! They did not pay my homeowners insurance from escrow for 12 months although notice for payment was sent three separate times. I was fortunate I put forth months of effort to resolve this issue. They have reported false information to all 3 credit reports. I had to spend hours of my personal time to resolve this. Again - this is the worst mortgage lender. Do your research. There are way too many options out there for you to settle on an F grade lender. Garbage.

Ben kugler is easy to work with he is knowledgeable and is with you from the beginning of the process till the end. He is prompt at returning phone calls and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend him for any of your home mortgage needs.
