The gal Dolly that helped me with some questions at the store was very friendly and pleasant. I need to get to the mall more often. It's sad to see them go.
Everything is just a click away now and being shipped but you don't get the fun of getting out and meeting people. Or holding and looking at the item before making your purchase. That is no way to live if you ask me.

I was looking at Tshirts. There are some displayed on the wall, but off to the side were a couple, not displayed, so I needed to pick them up to see them. I was still looking at the shirts in that area when a staff member walked right in front of me and grabbed the shirts to refold them. I just sat them down and hadn't decided what to buy yet. This made me very uncomfortable like he was watching everything I touched and wanted me out of the store. I left without buying the shirts I planned to buy. I won't be back if you treat customers like they are doing something wrong when they are just looking.

Love the products but my god the staff is SO rude when trying to return stuff. I’ve had two experiences now returning things and both times the staff spoke to me like I was stupid and also like they were disgusted with me for needing to return something. The items were unused and I had my receipt, well within the return period too. I thought the first time that the person was probably just having a bad day, but then the second time? I will not be going back there for a long time, and that sucks because it was my favorite store at Westroads. I just can’t support a business that treats its customers like idiots.

I've popped in occasionally to buy gifts. The store is always clean and well-organized, and everyone working is friendly and helpful. One employee stands out; long dark red hair, seems to have the location of every last item in the store perfectly memorized at all times, and she's consistently friendly and effecient. If she's not a manager she absolutely should be.

I love going to this location when I visit the mall. The first time I was drawn in by a window display of stuffed animals, but I keep coming back for all of the little knick-knacks/accessories. Dolly and Aly always have something new to show me every time I stop in, overall a great experience every time.

This was a really nice find during my trip to the mall with my boyfriend (who came down from out of state for a bit) and roommate, so I'll list it out for the pros/cons:Pros:There are plenty of products to choose from, ranging from oven mitts all the way to plushes as well as zodiac themed products! A lot of products caught my eye and I wish I could've purchased more products since this place carries more things of interest for me (as I've gotten older and not a lot catches my eye at Hot Topic anymore-like Tarot Cards, a wider range of themed socks, crystals, and zodiac products that aren't just jewelry.)Cons:It's a bit cramped within the front half of the store and as of right now, with how things are arranged further in the back, it was a lot easier to maneuver there rather than the front. The only other thing I had a little bit of an issue with was pricing for certain products. Some things that I would've expected to be around the $20s was all the way up in the $40s.Albeit I got products that were on sale, I love their stationery sets that they have-both their own company made and the themed ones that they likely receive from shipments! Definitely going to come to this mall more often, mainly for this store!
