Received a lovely hand-written thank you note after GFCU financed my new vehicle purchase. Their interest rate was almost 2 percentage points lower than in-house financing at the dealership, and 1-2 percentage points lower than most other quotes we were getting. Highly recommend checking in with the credit union before your next car purchase in particular!

I’ve been with Gallup FCU since 2013. I haven’t been a Gallup employee for years but I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this credit union. The service is personable, friendly, and efficient. I won’t be going anywhere! :-)

If you’re currently working at Gallup, they’ll treat you well. But if you leave for another job, they blacklist you - they won’t return your calls or emails, won’t help you in any way. So don’t open any loans with them, don’t invest, don’t do anything you might need help with because if you choose to leave working at Gallup, you’re dead to them.

You can't contact anyone on the weekend, most of the time I call the bank no one answeres or returns my calls I wouldn't recommend

Best credit union ever!!! Everyone is amazing and go above and beyond. They always know the answer and if they don't they get it figured out fast. Can't say enough great things about them.
