They were more than helpful I had a few what I believe is simple questions about Xbox games being played on a Xbox 360 and they told me everything they knew and they told me other places I can call and that if they wanted to what time I could call during the week if I wanted to talk to their manager for more information

If I could give a -5star rating I would. I tried to return a used headset my son had bought at this location from Liz and as soon as I said ‘return’ she said “well your kids refused to buy the warranty” and laughed at my face. I read the receipt to her where it said I was still within my 7 day return policy and she got aggressive and said she was calling the police on me if I didn’t leave. I said I wasn’t doing anything, and wanted to return and she stopped talking to me and called the cops. She also lied to the police, but it’s ok I have a recording, I never even raised my voice or was in that store before. The first time I was ever there I never entered the store, only my sons who brought her damaged items. Second time I was there I actually went inside the store to return and was kicked out within less than 5 minutes. I believe she buys damaged items from her friends and sells them like that knowingly and then refuses to take them back when people realize they don’t work. On a good note, the guys at the Bellevue store told me I was right and well within my time to return and I didn’t need a warranty. This Liz is going to get your store shut down. She must be stealing. Way too aggressive!!

I have recently entry purchased many things at the various GameStops in the area. They great and their staff have been extremely helpful when looking for specific items.

They must have gotten lost their previous manager & employees. The service is TERRIBLE now. Went into the store looking for God of War for PS5 & Pokemon Violet for the switch; I was just completely ignored by 3 employees. The way they have the store set up there is crazy, no clear lines to the registers. They only have 2 registers so why wasn't the 3rd employee helping customers? I left after 20 mins & went to Target instead. I'm 48 years old & shop at Gamestop to help keep them afloat but if they aren't even going to try to offer the slightest customer service why bother. I'll just start buying via Amazon or buy my games digital.

My roommate was shopping here and saw a clearance item she liked and commented that she liked it but not enough to buy it. When she was not looking the employee working went and grabbed it, and rang it up with her other purchases without her seeing. When she got out to the car she found it in the bag and on the receipt. She went back in but the employee was "too busy" with other customers to help her. It was only a few dollars but that's really messed up. She felt scammed.

I love video games ??? but I had to return my system! I intend to get it back! However, this is irrelevant as the staff is as amazing as the core of the store itself which is it's customers! No matter what the resale value of an item it is always a pleasure shopping in the beloved store.

Alex is by far the most amazing gamestop REP I have ever encountered. 100 times better then his boss John. Alex helped me through all my difficult problems and went out of his way to make phone calls and get my stuff back after his manager screwed everything up. He stayed 45 MINUTES past close to help me with my return. Alex went above and beyond and deserves some praise! Alex should be the boss! He at least deserves a raise or some recognition for his great customer service.
