GameStop is a compact store with everything needed for games and consoles, though it can feel cramped and items on back shelves are hard to reach. The staff is generally nice with good customer service, described as knowledgeable, quick, honest, and fair with trade-ins without aggressive upselling. However, the store has a notable issue with a very bad body odor smell. Some customers appreciate the vigilance against shoplifting but have experienced issues like warranties being added automatically without consent.
Haven’t been here in 10+ years. Fella working the counter was very helpful, got us a great deal on a couple Nintendo Switch games. All in all very happy with my experience

Came in to buy a Wii U and was told they have one in the back, but didn’t have time to go look for it, and was refused service.
