I called and had a few questions about selling my pokémon cards. I talked to Matthew who was very kind and explained the whole process to me, he answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything. Difficult to find items and the employee was on the phone the whole time so I was uncomfortable asking for help. However, once I did, he was knowledgeable and very helpful.
