I worked with Josh all the way from the start up until the end of my purchase. He always answered any questions I had no matter how many times I called and ensured the quality of my car before I came to try it out. Gateway Auto was very professional and made the process so smooth. This was my first time purchasing my own car and it couldn’t have gone better! Very trustworthy and humble company!

This place has AMAZING people! We were traveling through Iowa on our way to Colorado when we discovered our a/c wasn't working. It was Friday afternoon and the outside temp in Omaha was 100-degrees. We knew it was a long shot, but we stopped at Gateway to see if they could look at the a/c. Without an appointment they didn't think they could get the work done. We understood and headed back to our car to leave. Fortunately for us, a service tech overheard our conversation. Before we could backup, Service Advisor DOM was at our door telling us he thought they could help us. They were able to identify the problem, fix the a/c, change our oil and get us back on the road in about two-hours. Dom and our angel service tech provided outstanding customer service and saved our trip! Well done gentlemen. 🙂

I've been a customer of Gateway Auto Services and Repair for several years, and knew that they were the ones that I wanted to buy my next car from. I found a car I was interested in online and went to look at it in person today without an appointment. Both gentlemen I worked with were fantastic. They were so friendly and even scheduled an oil change for me at their service center next week. They weren't pushy about anything, and were completely understanding when it came to financing. Overall, it was a quick, easy, and enjoyable experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car.

Where do I even start, Gateway Auto is an amazing establishment. The entire process from start to finish was quick and painless. I showed my interest for the car online, and was immediately contacted by “Wes” a representative at Gateway Auto. Wes was amazing, he answered all my questions and was just awesome to work with. Josh was super helpful on financial matters, wanted nothing but the best for you. Lastly, Joe helped seal the deal and gave me no problems at all. Wes, Josh, and Joe were super friendly and made my first time car buying experience great.

I had such a wonderful experience buying my car—honestly, I can’t say enough good things about the team. Wes was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, kind, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He made the whole process so easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. It never felt like I was being pressured into anything—just genuine help and honest advice.
Wes and Joe together were incredible. They were both so patient with all my questions (and I had a lot!), and they worked hard to make sure I got the best deal possible. They explained everything clearly, helped with all the paperwork, and made me feel completely at ease the whole time.
This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. If you’re in the market for a car, I highly recommend going to see Joe and Wes. You’ll be in great hands!
