I absolutely love this place, they are amazing and figure the cheapest most effective way to send your parcel. Cannot be beat for customer service, even email the info with confirmation number, incase they are busy. Love love love them!!!

I'm about to "go postal" after the price I just paid for shredding two boxes of paper. I walked in with two boxes to shred and said "how do you charge for shredding?" I thought she said $.05/lb. she takes the boxes and dumps them into a bin, then said it was $24.15!! WTF?? At this point I can't get my papers back. And just have to suck it up and pay it. And there is no shredding happening. It's just sitting in a bin?! What a scam. How do I know it even got shredded?? Maybe reconsider your process! She acted like it was no big deal. I can think of 1000 better ways to spend $24. I would have thrown it in a burn pile if I would have known what a ripoff that was going to be. You just earned some free marketing that I paid for.

They were very accommodating for shipping a snowboard of mine, which is pretty annoying to ship. I am very appreciative of their service and will continue to go there for all of my ridiculous shipping needs.
