Horrific experience. I take a specialty medicine for a rare disorder and it's impossible to find in stock. We had been getting it shipped to us from Medicine Man because we live over an hour away. Now they're refusing to ship it because we're human and we made a mistake with our card number ONE time and it was taken care of right away and they were paid, now we're forced to drive to Omaha on our day off. Well we get to the pharmacy and they don't have my prescription. It takes an hour to get it transferred to Hy-Vee about a mile away. We wasted almost 4 hours dealing with this BS. I am very unhappy and I will never use this pharmacy again. I will take my business elsewhere.

Medicine Man Pharmacy in Omaha has been exceptional. They always have my medications in stock and fill them quickly. The pharmacists and staff are all amazing and although I'm not there frequently they remember me by name. It's a small town pharmacy feel like they really care and get to know their customers. The pharmacist the other day even came out in the rain and attempted to jump start my car for me when I broke down in front of the pharmacy, then called the next day when a tow truck was there for my vehicle to ensure that I was aware it was being towed. They are the simply the best, I highly recommend them!

All the staff are so kind and helpful here. We switched to them after a medication shortage through several larger pharmacies and we transitioned all our medications there because they are so great to work with!

The Mounjaro strength I take for my diabetes is extremely difficult to find. After calling many stores and being told it's on back order with no expected delivery date, I called the Medicine Man pharmacy and they had it in stock.

Jed, and all folks at Medicine Man, are the absolute BEST. I don't know where to begin, but most recently I found myself at an Urgent Care and they called in some meds but it was closing time for the pharmacy. I called, Jed answered and waited for us to get there so we could get the meds right away. Just one example of the excellent customer service here. These folks know you by name and literally will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and will educate you about your medicines without making you feel like an idiot. They are the best.

We don’t live close, but travel time is quicker than waiting in line at other pharmacies. The staff here are always friendly and professional. Prescriptions are correct and they answer the phones! They proactively ask questions and make suggestions to help customers. Best pharmacy in area.

I have to say this is the best Pharmacy I have ever used!! The staff at medicine Man in Omaha is so friendly, and they know me by first name. I feel like the pharmacist, know my profile and check for interactions, and any new medication that my doctors might add making me feel safe to start a new medication's as needed. The staff goes above and beyond duty making extra phone calls to insurance providers doctors and even, their patients to make sure we get the best and speediest customer service. I will use medicine. Man Pharmacy for many years to come.

I am a registered pharmacist (AL 15507 and OK 19292 temporarily residing in Nebraska) and have a doctorate in pharmacy. I have worked in independent pharmacy for 17 years and managed pharmacies. This pharmacy has the poorest customer service I have ever seen, including every Walgreens and CVS I have ever spoken to. They also carry liquor, which is a conflict of interest. Do yourself a favor and avoid this pharmacy!In response to the owner, I did call to resolve the situation, but the pharmacist was unwilling to be of assistance or even inform me of the problem. It really is hurtful to be treated to badly because I am the most careful person to always follow every law or rule and can't imagine why I would be treated this way. You have my information so you are free to reach out to me, and I would be happy to work towards a resolution of whatever problem there is, if there even is a problem other than your pharmacy's terrible treatment of people.

The pharmacy was able to get my medicine covered by insurance and got my doctor (who isn’t the best at returning calls) to finish the prior authorization in no time! I really appreciate them.
