Terrible place ripping dogs teeth out of their mouth without consulting the owner even if you signed a waiver you still consider consulting the owner. Too lazy to clean the dogs teeth they'll just rip them out instead Terrible place.

My 7mo old chihuahua got neutered they let me know every step and even took a cute pic! While everyone else was charging a lot these guys were affordable I’ll be taking My female there next month

I took my two 6 month old female kittens to get spayed last Friday and have nothing but good things to say.
My vet quoted me $150 more than Good Sam’s, and they were unreliable in terms of communication (i.e. they literally turn off their phones during business hours so they don’t have to take messages). Knowing that even the best planned surgeries can go wrong, I didn’t feel great about getting them spayed there.
Based off of positive reviews, I discovered Good Sam’s. From the jump, they had great communication via text message, and they sent multiple reminders and instructions every step of the way. When I dropped my babies off the morning of the surgery, the employee who greeted me could sense my anxiety about things and was just the sweetest and most assuring person I could have encountered. They clearly communicated the status of my cats prior to the surgery, informed me the surgery was successful, and then arranged a pick up time much earlier than anticipated.
As I am a first time cat owner, I didn’t anticipate my two cats to behave so differently after anesthesia - they acted as if they didn’t know each other when I brought them home and they are bonded littermates. Apparently, this is very normal post-anesthesia behavior (cats are so weird!!). Additionally, one of my cats seemed to bounce back instantly, whereas the other seemed to have more discomfort for an extra day. I left Good Sam’s a voicemail about it over the weekend, but ultimately decided against taking her to the after-hours urgent care because she was eating food and drinking water normally. Cats, even littermates, respond differently to anesthesia and pain (another thing I learned!)
First thing Monday morning, sure enough, they reached out to check on things. Then, they even sent a follow up text message later in the day when I was unable to respond initially.
I hope my review conveys how reliable and excellent at communication this surgery center is. Not to mention, my cats’ incision sites are so neat and tiny. Less than a week post-surgery and they’re both acting as if nothing ever happened.
Should my cats ever need dental cleaning, you can bet I’ll be coming back! 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛

Our sweet pup Juno had some growths removed in her mouth and they fit us into their schedule very quickly and the pricing was beyond fair given the amount of attention and care they gave her! They also communicated very well over text and the estimates they sent helped us know what to prepare for payment wise. I also loved their drop off procedures so there weren't too many people in the lobby when we dropped her off. We will continue going through great Samaritan for oral care and highly recommend them!!

They did a wonderful job with Charlie and having a major dental surgery. Fantastic with follow ups as well. Highly recommend.

First time pet owner and pet surgery. Setting up the appointment was easy, just a simple email or text, no talking needed. Informed everything to me before hand, making it clear and stress-free. Kind staff and my cat was practically in and out for his neuter. Would recommend! Thanks for taking such good care of him!! 🤍🤍🤍

Good Samaritan provided amputation at a much lower cost than I had been provided by my regular vet. Amputation was definitely a service I never hoped to need, but the staff was lovely and the facility was squeaky clean, warm, and inviting. I was able to get service the same day I called and received updates throughout the procedure process. Knowing that Walter was being so well cared for really put my mind at ease. I hope I don’t need these types of services again anytime soon but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to go to Good Samaritan again. Thank you for proving reasonably priced caring services!

Good Samaritan pet hospital is a very convienent place to go for pet surgeries! Appointments are easy to set up and they make sure to let you know everythjng you need to prior to your pet’s surgery. Once there, they are kind and caring and you feel comfortable leaving your pet there.

Very friendly staff. I had 3 dogs in at the same time. They text me through every step of the procedure. I was a complete mess dropping them off but turned to complete ease. Highly recommend!

Very kind staff! They kept me updated the entire time for my cat. There was great care taken of my cat and I was informed that he was relaxed and resting. This helped ease me that he was feeling safe and comfortable. They were upfront about payment amount and it was affordable even for people who have financial difficulties! Highly recommend this place for surgical needs!

I was nervous about bringing my pup in to get neutered because he had been showing some aggression. They offered a muzzle and when I was unsuccessfully trying to get it on, the girls offered assistance. He didn't show any aggressive behaviors to them so felt ok with leaving muzzle off. They were so kind to my sweet boy. They gave updates for every step of the process, which put me at ease. Once I got the ok to come get him, they gave all the discharge paperwork and meds for his pain. The ladies were so kind and helpful. I appreciate them so much and Cashmoney is back to his normal, playful self.

They are wonderful. Check in was easy, they updated me all the time and just all around a wonderful experience! I highly recommend! Charles the cat is happy, too!
