Unreal! I went into the store and asked for a module patch panel and compatible jacks to run for my cat 6 home network setup. I asked two very simple questions relating to the compatibility of the jacks and the panel to a seemingly new employee who was not able to answer either of them. Another employee who displayed the arrogance of a more experienced employee stepped in to offer support. That support was a statement that he had learned through years of servicing customers in the low voltage and data industry. His statement, we don’t know anything about it we just sell it. Sounds like the new Graybar motto. “We dont know anything about it, We Just Sell It!!
