Service has always been exceptional every time I come in. Staff are very calm and respectful with clients along with a very clean and organized place. I haven’t had any problems stepping in when I need to.

They started threatening to tow anyone who parked in the employee parking lot, even if you park after end of business hours and move before employees need to park there. Makes almost no parking for the apartment

All the reviews prior to 2022 are for the bank FORMALLY known as Greatweatern Bank.This has got to be the worst bank of all time. This establishment charges you fees if you don't have enough money. Please do as I did and take your money and run to another bank.

Tellers may not be high on the totem pole in the world of banking, but as frontline employees who present the organization's face to the majority of customers, not just anyone is cut out for the job. Banks look for certain qualities when hiring tellers, and not all them are centered around the ability to make correct change.When customers experience poor customer service from tellers, that often translates to lost business for the financial institution. Banks look for tellers who display excellent interpersonal skills and easily put on a friendly face to the public.Banks require detail-oriented tellers who don't let the small stuff slip past. From verifying customers' identification before cashing checks to counting down the cash drawer at the end of the day, costly mistakes can result when tellers aren't focused on the task at hand.Jordan and Kim check every box. Kim has such a BUBBLY personality. Both of them have helped me recently! They're both prompt, professional and very pleasant! Keep it up Jordan and Kim!!

My employer pays me with Great Western Bank checks. They charge me $5 to cash their own checks. Seems like a rip-off considering my employer already pays to have an account with this bank.

I went to the drive thru window i was the only 1 there all of a sudden the teller started to help other customers i felt she should ve helped me your atm was down.

What a horrible bank to work with after 10 years of being a customer even after moving to Texas. No it's not their fault that my account debit card was hacked. But it is absolutely their fault they sent it to the wrong address and then wonder why someone would be mad that it's going to be over 2 weeks without access to their account. Not to mention the number of accounts that I now overdue in due to this. Absolutely would not work around the issues or make any consideration to the situation. I have withdrawn my entire account of over 6 Grand and have it transfer to another bank. Would never recommend this bank to anyone ever!!

Not impressed was gonna open a account but brought in a check from a customer they charge you 5.00 to cash it. Just can't see a advantage owning a business where my customers or distributors have to pay to get the money I'm honoring from my bank. Have never encountered this needless to say I didn't and won't open a account. Totally not impressed if I bank with you and write a check pay them not charge them that's my word. If you don't honor your checks to me that's like not honoring your word. Why shoils we do business with you.

Great bank to bank with. Small enough to still have great customer service and community involvement, but large enough to offer loans. Always great customer service, most of the employees know regular customers by name. Nice new building since 2017. Step inside for some great historic Benson pictures.
