It’s kind of hard to reach them on the phone but you have to try again and again, but anyway the staff were very friendly when I went inside, they helped me with what I needed.

First Douglas County Bank, then GWB, and now FIB. Service hasn't been the same since DCB&T! You can't even call this branch anymore! FIB has the worst customer service! There is absolutely no good reason to do business with this bank!

worst bank ever. made a credit card payment at the bank, and 30 days later they finally posted it. now this month it is happening again. I will be switching banks asap!

This bank since the switchover is very incompetent. I went to close my account and the banker took out all my money left and failed to close the account. Went to another location after I found out my account was STILL open and now they are trying to charge me for a negative account when the banker at another location told me I had no fees. No one apologized or offered an explanation. I’ve banked with this bank through 2 other transitions and this one has been awful.

I am a small business owner I have been with the bank for ten + years. I applied for a PPP loan they left me hanging for 4 days and by email told me try another bank!

Horrible! Sent our tax refund back to the IRS because the IRS had it listed as a savings and not a checking. Everything was correct as far as account# and routing#, but because they didn't list it as a checking our refund is who knows where. I can tell you its not with us where it belongs. Customer service acted as if they could care less!
