My wife and I were in need of a truck. My car had just died and hers was starting to act up, so we decided it was time. We saw an ad online about a nice truck and decided to give H and R a try. We made an appointment to go over and test drive it over the weekend.
The experience went very smoothly. We got there, test drove the truck, and made an offer. Then we test drove another one, and decided to get that one instead. We signed up for it.
Ebrahim was very professional and knowledgeable about the trucks. He even went beyond and offered to deliver to Lincoln. Overall a really good experience.

I had an exceptional experience browsing for a vehicle. (I am in the process of purchasing my first car!) The customer service here is great and they made me feel at home, especially since I’m very new at understanding car specifications. I’m still searching around for a car but wanted to make sure to give credit where it’s due. I don’t know what Josette is talking about from her review, because I had a nice experience. Some people should have patience, especially when it comes to family-owned businesses.

I stopped by today at 1pm to look at a vehicle and hopefully test drive that I saw on their website
I sent an inquiry via email earlier this weekend without a response, showed up with cash in hand during their normal operation hours just for the door to be locked with their open sign on. I could clearly see someone inside the building through the window yet they didn't want to open the door let alone have my business.

Bought a 2016 toyota corolla (at a competitive market price), car lot was extremely small and tight so do not bring a big vehicle with. The corolla was a trade in, and was detailed. The car buying process went smoothly, and the people there allowed me to thoroughly inspect the vehicle myself, while also addressing any concerns I may have had. They allowed me to negotiate price and were clear about what they wanted. Allowed me to test drive with a person in the car (since I was 19) I was given the correct paperwork, and I was allowed to pay with check. Overall good experience, and would go there again any day if I was buying a used car.

We purchased our car from this dealership two years ago, or so! and I still absolutely love it. Boyfriend says entire buying experience was smooth, and the team made me feel confident and informed every step of the way. Two years later, my car is still running like a dream—reliable, comfortable, and perfect for both everyday drives and long trips since I travel for work and kids play sports . I’m genuinely so thankful for the quality of the vehicle and the great service I received from Abraham! I love this car so much that I plan on passing it down to my kids one day. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car they can depend on and love for years to come.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car! I had a small issue after 4 months of owning and he fixed the problem without any hesitation! Great business all around!
