We really enjoyed our experience here! We got some good help from Jay and another nice lady who I didn’t get to catch her name. They helped us move all the furniture we purchased into our car and they were both so friendly! The furniture here is really good quality and the prices seem to fit the quality. Highly recommend!

Prices are beyond outrageous! Some of the prices of things are actually more expensive than buying new. There needs to be new management asap. Something fishy is going on here.

No more compassion to humanity. Place is being run by folks who have ZERO compassion to humanity. Its all about business. Place needs to be audited immediately.

This place is great, very fun to walk through. If you see something you like, get it quick the inventory turners over fast.

Prices are way too high for donations you got free... It should be cheap.I came here a lot 5 years ago, but it's not worth the trip now.You can get new appliances and items for not much more at the store. :(

I went into the store today with my husband and special needs child and within 5 minutes of being in this store we left so unhappy! Upon coming inside my son wanted to see toys and when he found there's was none he started crying. My husband sat him on one of the couches so that he could calm himself down. Not even two minutes later this woman who works there complained that he was getting TEARS on the couch and asked us to remove him! TEARS! Instead of having a little compassion for a 4 year old boy with special needs she was more worried about the couch having a teardrop on it . We will never be back and I made it very clear I was unhappy and would not be giving this store any of my money. The audacity of this lady! Shame on you! Shame on the store for hiring someone with this mentality!

I walked through today and could not believe the outrageous prices.I have been coming here for a few years now and my last few trips have ended the same . I walk out without purchasing anything. It's a shame . Hasn't always been like this . Whoever has the price gun is out to lunch. Please don't reply with the generic response as you have to the other reviewers. This is a repurpose second hand store charging first hand prices .Habitat for Humanity?

I love the restore. When I was in the remodeling business I donated all my extra building materials to them. Now that I'm retired, I still like to repurpose things for my own home.First, they got rid of the tag sell ,and now they've raised the prices so high thatI can't afford to buy their stuff anymore.

First off, I want to say that I love going to this store! The staff are always friendly and helpful and you guys get some unique pieces in the store. That being said, I have to complain about the prices. The prices are way too high!!! I 100% agree with other people complaining about this. I would love to buy a large mirror there now but it's $400!!! I could go out and buy a brand new mirror for this price. Many, many things just seems so overpriced. I really think you guys could turn more profit and get more rotation in the store if you lower your prices. I hope you guys truly think about lowering your prices. These are not prices suited for many. Times are hard now for many people and this should be a place where they can find something at a reasonable price.Edited after owner's response: Some of the prices are decent but some are high. I'm happy to support Habitat but I just think about other people who may be struggling and need cheaper furniture. The $400 mirror sat there for a long time and didn't sell at that price. I was able to go there yesterday and pick it up for $300 (large used mirror with dents on the sides). I am grateful for the people that work there and that they are willing to go down on prices for things that haven't sold in awhile. The staff are all very friendly. So if there is something you want to buy there that hasn't sold in awhile, feel free to ask if they can come down on their price!

Friendly staff and helpful information. I needed a list of the items I purchased, and they had everything stored under my phone number! That was a lifesaver! ?

The prices are kinda shocking for a thrift store. I frequent a lot of thrift stores but I’d actually call this one a grift store. They have a few nice pieces but I’d almost rather get new, even though the main reason I shop almost exclusively at thrift stores is to keep items out of the landfill. I think you’d sell more and do more good for the community, especially the community you’re supposedly trying to serve, if you cut the prices to something reasonable.

This was my first time here. My wife ordered some things online for pickup. The first day we got here to retrieve our items, the store was closed for impending weather, and there was no note on the door. Some employees showed up and didn't know this location was closed either. Once we rescheduled our delivery and the store was open, I was heated by happy and cheering staff who was happy to help. Overall a really great experience

Great prices on decent items.. Although I purchased online, the day I went to pick up there was no signs and no notification (to employees as well) that they were closing for the day. We sat for over half hour before the employees were able to get ahold of someone and told they weren't opening at all for the day! Then the next day we were called numerous times about getting there asap to pick up.. We will return but a little more consideration for customers (and workers) could make a much more successful business.

Way overpriced for the quality of the furniture. Poor condition, broken. They disassembled it weirdly making it hard to put it back.

They have colored tags but no longer have monthly tag deals. Their prices are outrageous, you can find the same at retail store for the same $ or a little more but brand new. Are they aware their items are donated? You don't have to give stuff away for free but darn be reasonable in pricing.AND do not reply with all money goes towards your mission, because that is not true, your price gouging. If you bring back the monthly colored tags or lower your prices you will sell more items and probably make more $.AND do not reply with some items are new, from liquidation and/or an auction. 1) Your used-donated items are over priced 2) If you go into selling liquidation or auction items you should be selling those items 40-60% below retail like other liquidation resellers.
