The service was fantastic! However, the shoes are very niche. If you are looking for steel toe or non-slip work shoes, terrific selection - possibly the best. If you're looking for anything else, you may want to try a traditional shoe store.

Absolutely wonderful experience, great conversation with excellent customer service!I was helped by an older gentleman and he was awesome! Very patient and he offered several different options regard style, comfort and price.I walked in wear some Echo leathers and noticed he too had on Echos…. “You cant go wrong taking advice from a gentleman with excellent quality shoes on”They have a large selection of shoe styles and sizes for your work and your pleasure.Thank you Sir!

I'm at Haney Shoes Work at least 4 times a week, as I am a part-time salesperson there. I'm a Railroad Retiree and have been with Haney's since 2016. Myself, and my coworkers pride ourselves on giving everyone who walks in the door, the absolute BEST customer service experience possible. No exceptions! We offer a wide range of safety footwear, at a reasonable cost. The store stands behind everything it sells, as does the Haney family. Stopped in just to look for new work shoes and walked out with the perfect pair of Keen's 10 minutes later.Staff was professional, very knowledgeable and helpful.Definitely recommend for anyone needing special work shoes.

Went to the main store first where there where several employees but it was hard to get help and they seemed bothered when you need small sizes then usual. Went to this location that only had one older gentleman who not only knew about the shoes, sizing and prices but went the extra mile to help us find shoes in my husband's size & desired look, talk to us and make my husband at ease about his choice. Way better experience.
