As someone who struggles to self motivate, chores that involve a lot of start-stopping feel the worst for me. Laundry would fall behind, clean things would sit in the dryer, sometimes wet things in the washer, it was a mess, and definitely a point of contention in my relationship.Now, I pay ~$50/week. Someone comes and picks up my laundry at an agreed upon place. They wash it, and they get it back to me the next afternoon.If you have some extra money, and want to trade it for some extra free time, you should definitely consider HappyNest.

I have been using a happy nest for a few years now. The recent services that I have been getting from them have been horrible. They used to be really great but these last year they have really declined in services.My laundry comes back wrinkly, I have had clothes come back shrunk and ruined because they did not follow the laundry service notes that I have placed in my account. My clothes aren't even folded properly. They are shoved into bags. Not hung up as I have instructed. I am just really dissatisfied with the quality of them. There are other laundry services in my area that I'm going to be trying.

We have done 2 loads so far and the convenience is amazing to have your laundry picked up and dropped off folded, however…my clothes still has that damp laundry smell as if it was forgotten during a wash and then dried after it’s been sitting. The second pick up was for two comforters, the total came out to $95…for two comforters, that is Highway robbery.

My laundry was returned, along with someone else’s. I had to sort through all of it and re-bag it for them to come pick up. I called and left a voicemail, and also sent an email regarding the fact that I was charged for someone else’s laundry and never heard back. After I left a 1-star review, someone finally noticed and I got my refund. I'm leaving this at 4 stars because I feel like I shouldn't have had to go to such lengths to get a response from someone. The double charge should have been addressed proactively.Other than that, we have been using the service for about two years and are happy with it. Everyone once in a while, our laundry will come back poorly sorted. Randomly it came back not folded at all (which I made them aware of). I'm guessing these quality control issues are as a result of new hires. Overall, we're happy with the service and like that we can customize how are items are washed.

These guys are life savers! (Or at least time savers.) Affordable laundry service that picks up, delivers, and returns all your items perfectly clean and folded in 24 hours. Lots of choices for laundry preferences, including options for sensitive skin. They are super awesome!!

I saw the van at a stoplight and began daydreaming about what it would be like to have a laundry service. So I got home and looked it up, to my surprise it was affordable, convenient and thought I’d give it a try. All of my instructions were handled perfectly, and I am very happy!

This service is a dream come true, honestly. I had fallen so far behind on laundry, and HappyNesr helped me catch up. The clothes are returned in beautiful condition. I will definitely use this service again.

Customer support was very helpful in answering all of our questions before the first pickup. The service itself was excellent, picked up off our porch 11am on Wednesday, dropped off Thursday at 11am. Everything was bagged and folded, button down shirts were all pressed and bagged on hangers. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Worth the price of not having to do laundry 5 times a week to keep up with 2 teenage kids and ourselves.

They treated my laundry better than my mom. My shirts were returned on hangars. They followed my instructions to the letter and remembered to add Downey for a throw blanket. I couldn’t have gotten it so fresh! They could improve their website to help customers better understand the cost. They weigh your clothes so be aware if sending anything damp or wet. I’ll definitely use again!

This was my first experience with a laundry service. My clothes were picked by my front door, and returned 24 hours later, washed and neatly folded. I appreciate that I could choose what products were used. They offer a wide selection, including what I would use at home. The price was reasonable. I will be using this service again.

With a pending surgery which will limit my ability to lift, knowing Happy Nest has a pickup/wash/dry/return laundry service has lifted a big weight off of my shoulders. The cost is very affordable, has a 24 hour turn around time and even provides special bags to put your clothes in. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and professional. My clean laundry was folded better than when I do it! On a special note, Amanda is a guardian angel!

I have used Happy nest for over a year now. I love it. They pick up your laundry at any location and deliver clean laundry folded and hung up ready to put away! I don't ever want to buy a washer dryer again!!

Love this service! I use it mainly for my bulky, comforters and such. Super easy to use, efficient, I get clean laundry the very next day! They keep me up to date via text. I highly recommend it!
