This store always helps me in any situation with any jewelry I have bought from Helzberg.
The complementary jewelry cleaning is always a nice addition as well.

Stacey was absolutely great. I told her what i was looking for and she had me taken care of within 10 minutes. I hate shopping so this was great.
Their online presentation of items was exactly what they had in the store making the experience quick and what I was expecting.

I went there on 6/22 picked up my necklace, was looking at a diamond tennis chain. I was talking to a woman and for some reason some guy in a grey suit kept trying to take her commission so I left.

I was able to stop in to have a chain of mine repaired and cleaned for the summer. Super fast, incredibly friendly, and was a pleasure to stop in. Quentin was a great help! Definitely recommend stopping in when you are out near West Roads and the Flagship Commons!
