The whole team there last night (Thurs 1/16/23) was super friendly and fast. Huge shout-out to Sterling especially. He spent several minutes trying to help me get my Android phone plugged into the Toyota I picked but it wouldn't work, so he let me wait in the car while he went and got a Nissan for me instead. He moved my luggage into the new car and got my phone connected right away in the Nissan. Thanks Sterling!

I had a couple of rough weeks at this location and left some frank feedback. Someone -- I didn't catch the name -- called me and they got me a replacement car that was quite nice. She was great. This week they didn't have an SUV, which I reserved, in the Gold Circle, but they allowed me to take a vehicle from another section. It's been good. So my experiences have been mixed, but I'm hopeful it will be good for the future.

I hate all car rental places! But, I had an issue with the tires on the car. They came right out and swapped cars with me. No muss, no fuss. I believe the guy’s name was Rod and even after the cars were swapped I had a question and called him. He was so very helpful! Hard to find these days!

This is a franchise operator and if you have problems with your rental, Hertz Corporate with not do a thing for you. Rented a car in February as a gold member. In May I started receiving letters from a collection firm (PurCo) indicating I owed almost $800 for a broken windshield. No notice from Hertz, just this collection letter. Hertz Corporate said they could not help as it was a franchise. Finally, got in contact with Hertz in Omaha. They sent pictures from the day after I dropped the car and from another location/lot. They said "chips are hard to see", so I probably didn't know I had broken it. The other issue - the return showed I drove over 400 miles (odometer reading from the following day). I drove the car less than 30 miles (airport to downtown Omaha, dinner and back). Hertz's response was that they regularly make mistakes when entering the mileage on returns (could they also make mistakes on checking for broken windshields?)I googled Hertz and Purco and it shows a common trend of these problems with franchise operators. PurCo's BBB rating is an "F". I used to rent frequently from Hertz for personal and business use because I did not have to deal with issues like this. We are shifting both corporate and personal rentals away from Hertz.Hertz Corportate (parent co) needs to deal with these issues.

Very confusing to enter and find your car when following Google maps, didn't accept reservation cc, car has a huge scratch on the front end and makes some noise, but overall decent.

This Hertz location is okay and conveniently located in adjacent parking lot to terminal without having to take a bus or shuttle. On this particular rental, they gave me a car with unsightly front end damage and 52,000 miles with serious tread wear on the tires. Ive never had Hertz rent me an old beater before! Really not sure why they had this vehicle in inventory. It should have been retired along time ago.

Low selection of cars at GOLD status forcing rental of upcharged larger vehicle. Franchise charges advanced-rental fees in excess of actual rental period, rather than a hold on the credit card. Reimburses overcharges after the rental period is over, while holding on to your "float money" up to a week after the rental period. Predatory and usury business practice. Go somewhere else.

Beware. This is an independent Hertz location. I am presidents circle, and rent multiple times a month from hertz for years. This location is like renting from a third world country. Cars all have high miles, not clean and have damage. The night employee is a crook. He took my hertz reservation and doubled the length of my rental. I showed him my reservation on the hertz app and he tried to tell me that the hertz reservation had the local, state and airport taxes wrong. I told him he doubled the length of my reservation. He said "we won't honor a hertz reservation at this independent location. They always get our taxes and rates wrong." I backed the car back into the lot and walked away.

I was completely impressed by the service I received even though I’d booked through a discount site. I was treated as a valued customer in every aspect. Thank you Malik and thank you Hertz for bookending a wonderful trip to my favorite city!

I have to use this company for business travel and wish I didn’t. This location does not have enough people to keep their welcome desks staffed. After waiting for the single employee to return they were rude and not educated on their process/company policies. I have multiple charges I would like to dispute but the corporate help desk says that they cannot adjust anything for this location.

Dislike standing in the freezing cold coming out of Florida but the car was excellent, service was excellent and while weekend was quite reasonable. I would suggest if anyone asked me. Do now it has to be a CREDIT card not debit.
