This place is just awesome. As a kid, I think about how much my dad would have loved this when i was growing up. Now, with our own kids, we love being able to share this and many more hobbies with them. The new owner is awesome, randomly spoke to him in-depth and he showed us around and was just so cool to talk to. All of the staff is excellent and you can tell they truly have a passion for what they do. Good, clean fun for kids and adults.

Went to buy some gundams with my husband for a cousin and the staff was very friendly and had great customer service. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to start a hobby. They have a lot to pick from!

I purchased realflight I couldn't get it to install !of course it's non refundable! horizon hobbies tech support got back with me about 24 hours later, and they got it taken care of, I am happy with the purchase now! a lot of hoops to jump through just for software hobbytown and its staff still great I'll continue to shop there.

Me and a friend of mine drove from Memphis, TN for a Tamiya Championship Series race held at this location and I must say, our experience exceeded our expectations. For me, it was the very first time ever racing on carpet and I must admit, it took some laps around the track to get use to it, my asphalt setup doesn't necessarily translate well over to carpet so I made some adjustments. The track is located on the ground floor of where the hobby shop sits and you can enter through the hobby shop of through a door at the track.
There were some board hitting experiences which required a trip upstairs to see if they had the part available and, they did. It was refreshing to know that they carried a lot of TT01 and TT02 parts.
The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable and ready to assist with any part or general questions.
This HobbyTown USA is by far, one of the nicest and well stocked hobby shops in the US.
