a hollister employee there was extremely rude and unprofessional. i was with my friend and one of the employees (she never wanted to give a name) said ew to my friend while we were asking where something was. once we checked out with the same girl, she became cocky and rude and not even offering us if we had an email. gave us horrible service in general once we asked for her name she responded that she said she didnt need to give one. we felt extremely uncomfortable, her other associates just aat there and watch at the register. managers to need to retrain employees.

Nothing like making me wait 30 MINUTES in line while NO OTHER EMPLOYEE HELPED. THEY WALKED AWAY KNOWING we have been waiting. Never again!!!!

I went today, but I didn’t get an emailed receipt with a survey, so I’m doing a review here! The prices were great, and there was the sweetest girl at the register named Nora that rang me up; she offered such great service and truly went above and beyond. Nora if you see this thank you for your kindness, you made my day! Truly an angel ?

They had the BEST DEALS in the OMAHA area!!!! I left the Buckle and also Aero and American Eagle and I found the most inexpensive pair of jeans here...and I found a bunch of other deals!!!

They need to stop hanging the T-shirt on hangers without grips and stretching the neck out so the T-shirt is useless

I usually go to hollister and only go there for their sales. I went in, bought 2 dresses and asked for a price match because you can price match online prices in store and they wouldn’t do it for me. Then when I had a discount promotion, the girl who was working gave me a stank attitude, like girl it literally doesn’t hurt to use the damn promo discount. She kept telling us it expired then when we showed her it wasn’t she proceeds to tell me it’s only online when it says IN STORE AND ONLINE. We left and I’m returning this shi.

I love coming here. The clothing is always perfect especially when Hollister always has deals. Very well stocked and clean store. Very good customer service.

Pretty disappointed that when you walk into a store at 4:15p and they still have sale prices up from the day before but won't honor them. No customers were in the store and most employees were in the back room. I think they had plenty of time to update their prices. ?
