“If you live in Omaha, you know how the weather has been the last few days, I sled off the road in my truck. I made a simple phone call to my agent Jeff Moore. In a short time he called me back, and I explained to him what happened, he said that he would call me back with a claim number and literally within minutes, he called me back. He gave me a claim number for my truck, my rental car and a place where I could take my truck. It was close to my house and when I called the Body shop they already had all my information.
