We had both the ham and the turkey at a family Christmas, and the quality is fantastic! Going into the store, there was only one person on staff, and they weren't up at the counter, which is the only reason I knocked a star off service. Pricing seemed high to me, but maybe that's because I'm used to cooking my own meats where these come ready to go.

I really needed to comment hoping the low rating and another concern about the same employee others have commented about will lead to retraining on customer service. It is a wonderful store, managed by a kind manager and other employees. It wasn't busy and their food is delicious. always order ahead.. anyway, I got a very rude brown hair middle age women. Her personality and demeanor was the same curt, unfriendly and sarcastic behavior as one other time. I had read not so good reviews online the other day and the low ratings for this store was about the employee, Kathy. So, finally I said to my person checking me out, by any chance is your name, KATHY? Yep! thats my name. I tried I. my teacher voice, to say, do you know there are reviews about your lack of customer service? She said well some customers are rude. Again, I said but as a store employee you would want to be courteous. Then, she told me I was being rude...I just CANT have her wait in me. I will wait for Matt's mom or the blond hair girl. So sad for this experience over and over again!

I’m a huge fan of the company, but I’m disappointed with this location. I needed a last minute purchase, so I didn’t have a reservation. I called ahead because I wanted to make sure I could make a purchase without a reservation. Whoever I spoke with made no mention that one would be required, so I drove 30 minutes in rush hour traffic to get a Thanksgiving turkey breast. After waiting in line for maybe 5 mins, the employees at the front wouldn’t sell me a turkey without a reservation. I’m sorry I didn’t plan this purchase in advance but if they had been honest with me on the phone, I could have been spared the heartache of leaving here empty handed. I still want a turkey breast but I’m not inclined to return based on this event.

Tried Honeybaked Ham for the first time today. Have always noticed it on Center, but wasn't really sure what they all consisted of. It's not until I saw someone post on the Facebook group recently that she said she had lunch there. A friend and I wanted to give it a shot after the Legacy farmers market. I'll be honest, it was a bit of an awkward experience. It's a small space and was very quiet inside. I ordered a turkey, bacon sandwich, and my friend ordered a ham sandwich on ciabatta. We both agreed the meat itself was really good quality, however, the experience itself wasn't great. There were a handful of people who came in and had pick up orders of meat. But other than that, it was really quiet inside, no music, and the two workers who didn't really seem engaging. Overall, the food was fine, but I'm not sure I'm rushing to go back anytime.

I had a waffle and It had to much sugar on it and it was overwhelming I recommend less sugar and maybe more of a waffle taste! And how about some food choices that are kid friendly

Happened to stumble upon this today for lunch. I was craving a sandwich and tried The Honeybaked. The sandwich was delicious, the ingredients were fresh and it was a nice portion for lunch. I usually get chips with a sandwich but I gave their potato salad a try, added a little pepper and I ain't mad at it. The service was friendly and quick. The restaurant was very clean and smelled like good food. Worth a shot if you haven't tried it.

Went in for lunch after the farmers market and got the honey baked sandwich. The sandwich was absolutely delicious and the gentleman up front that helped me was very kind! I wish had asked his name so I could give him credit on here! Highly recommend!

Bone-in ham was expensive per pound but very good. Nice for special occasion dinners.

This place has the best sandwiches. The ham and turkey breast is the best I've ever had. Employees are super friendly, even during the busy holiday season. Definitely recommend!
