If I could rate higher I would. The service I received at Hot Topic the other day was phenomenal! I came in and Jaison and I had a good talk for a bit and I told him I was looking to change my style. I told him what I wanted to do and he understood it completely, as I was trying on different items I picked, he grabbed some other things I actually ended up purchasing!
I would highly recommend this store to more people and highly HIGHLY rate the service I received from Jaison in particular.

Although their supply is sometimes low, I always find the cutest items and the best deals! The clerks are always professional and helpful. As for the Westroads location in Omaha, I will never go back. The management is poor in customer service, and they are extremely rude to all their customers. It is an uninviting store and they get constant complaints.

I went to look at something on a shelf- it was disorganized and overcrowded- and an item in the wrong spot fell over. I put it back it’s other items and an employee came over and all he said was “give it here” in a rude tone, put it back in the spot it fell, and walked away. I also work customer service and I know to NEVER treat a customer like that.

This place is just a typical "Hot Topic" store. Nothing great about it or nothing that sets itself apart from any of the other stores like this.Customer service could be a little bit better for the fact that they didn't greet us when we came in.

Shopping with grandchild. The staff was very helpful and friendly.One less star as prices for clothing seemed high. But we did find a unique item, so I am glad we stopped in.

I toyed with a 3 or a 4 for this rating. It could honestly be a 3 pretty easily. They have a huge assortment of graphic "print on black" tshirts, you can find something for almost every iconic classic band, and a good number of video game t's also. There are also thousands of nickname little products that can appeal to almost anyone of any age. Who is in to video Games or music, And although not really my thing, On the downside however their help is so disinterested, looking at their phones, not working, They were relatively nice but you could tell they would rather be anywhere else. Also the prices are really high.You can expect to pay $30 per T-shirt.
