The shower had zero water pressure. The water dribbled out of only half of the rain shower

Kristine, director of sales, was AMAZING to work with! I did not get a reservation done for a group block in time, and she was able to get me a reservation after the expiration date for reserving within the group block. I appreciate excellent customer service and that is exactly what she provided me with!***** for Kristine!

Always a great place to stay in Omaha. Clean rooms and close to many fun places.

Excellent customer service on the phone last night (06 Jan '23), with feeling us remotely book a stay for friends who were going to pass through.

Hotel was a fun vibe. Bar and restaurant are fantastic. However I was overcharged for an extra night we were not there and the hotel front desk won't answer the phone for the past 3 days.

Big room with fancy furniture and 4 windows, but somehow I did not feel comfortable. I guess this is because the building itself was not built as a hotel. It felt more like an office building. And the internet and water was slow.On the plus side the dining area is pretty. There is a gym underground but hard to find. A lady at the reception kindly pulled my vehicle out from the garage. Thank you.

Overall, it was a very nice hotel. After staying at another hotel a few blocks away a few days after, I can confirm this is the superior choice in omaha.

Very disappointing experience, certainly not deserving of a 4 star rating. Booked thru a third party, unable to get any refund. WiFi unavailable and or inconsistent when available, water pressure very challenging, bar sink in room dysfunctional, some inconsistent staffing, room design left no viewing option from bed, new tv not installed correctlyMost staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Management non responsive.

It is a very nice hotel, the staff is very good and it is well located. The gym has several machines and is very well maintained. The breakfasts are very good. The windows are not well insulated and you can hear a lot of noise from the street, the air conditioning machine makes too much noise and the shower barely has pressure, it is not pleasant to shower.Rooms: Comfortable, spacious and clean. However, the air conditioning machine makes noise, I have been there 3 times and it has always been like this.Nearby activities: It is very close to the river which has a walk that is recommended. It is also close to downtown with very good shops and restaurants.Safety: It is a very quiet and safe area.Walkability: No sidewalk problems.

Stayed at the Hotel Deco this past weekend for a wedding. This hotel is beautiful! The room was immaculately clean and the front desk, Valet, And maintenance staff were Top-notch. If ever in the area and needing a hotel I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel a few years ago and it was spectacular! Very rich, high end feeling. We are looking forward to staying there again this weekend in the queen suite with friends.

This hotel is beautiful! Kim was so helpful and very personable. We noticed a leaky faucet when we got in the room. Kim put us in another room without question. Location is great. It was close to lots of entertainment. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town

Enjoyable stay with very nice staff. Room was a little odd, no clock, only trash bin was in the bathroom, whole floor needs to have the doors introduced to WD-40. Don't know if I would quite call it a 4 star hotel based on others I have stayed in, but it was a good value and I would stay here again.

I'm so glad I decided on Hotel Deco! It is a wonderful property with clean, beautiful rooms. When I'm in Omaha I will not stay anywhere else! Denise was a great help and made sure my stay was very enjoyable. I highly recommend this property.

I don’t typically leave any negative reviews but this time is an exception. We were excited about staying a night in Omaha on our way to the next destination especially they’re a dog friendly hotel. We got in at around 8:30 pm, parked right in front of the front door where a valet was inside the lobby looking at our direction. You’d think for a 4 star hotel, they will come and assist you with luggage or something, at least all of our past experiences, even some 3 star hotel valets offered prompt assistance. But the valet was just looking at us the whole time, until my husband went in to get the cart and asked if he could help. The valet looked at us again, then held the door after we had made half way through the front door.We headed up to our room once we checked in, the door was squeaky and quite thin (we immediately worried that the sound proof level but didn’t give it too much thought, considering our floor was really quiet when we got it).Surprising enough, at 2 AM there were whole bunch of girls and some guys talking, laughing and walking very loudly in the hallway and in their room right next to ours, as if there were no one else but them. Following up door knocking, running, door closing aloud, non stop for 2+ straight hours until almost 5 AM.We called the front desk twice, they did come up to talk to them but apparently it didn’t work at all. We asked if we can do a late check out at no fee, the only answer we got was no, they don’t make exceptions. We basically had little to zero sleep the whole night.Understand that they cannot control all the noises and behaviors made by each guest; however, if they were to position themselves as a 4 star hotel then maybe they should improve their hardware to match the title.I wanted to give one star, but the staff of the morning shift (valet and receptionist) was so much more helpful and professional then the night shift.
