I have used H&R block multiple times for my tax preparation and have trusted them. I would not recommend using this location as there in person team lacks detail orientation needed for tax preparation. They also are unqualified in the sense that if you have questions they do not supply answers rather "our best guess" as I was told by the staff I spoke to on the phone. In regards to there 100% Accuracy guarantee, it was not honored by this site when our taxes were filed incorrectly. I share our experience of taxes not filed correctly as a warning that if you are looking for someone to fill out forms this site can but if you are looking for assistance and expertise in filing accurate reports then this isn't the location for you.

This was my first year not using turbo tax since I got married and my wife wanted to use H&R block. We had to wait about 45 minutes for our meeting because the agent was having computer issues. Once we were told everything was filed and done we get an email about a week later from the agent that something needs our attention. We email back and get a reply that our agent is out of town. We called and asked the receptionist if another agent could help and she said no and was extremely rude to us.

I would rate a zero if i could. Tax preparer messed up after i triple checked asking them about a form. They were adamant they were correct. IRS said my taxes were filed wrong i received less than $2300 less than what i was quoted. I called to speak to manager and was never called back. Receptionist reported tax preparer was given feedback and they won’t do it again. Manager never called . Filed case and no one has called me from corporate when i was told they would in 48 hours All i wanted was to speak to manager, now i want full difference they messed up. Don’t use them ever

The people and the simplicity of the process.George was very experienced and answered all our questions..plus he found 2 deductions that we were entitled to declare that our old accounting firm never mentioned. We were very happy with the attention we received atH & R Block.
