They were great. When my truck might need to stay overnight, they were more than willing to arrange a loaner car for me. Lucky enough my truck was fixed that day. Provided a shuttle for me as well. Steve in service was awesome. Paul the shuttle driver was great too. Friendly service.Service: Electrical repair

It is unfortunate that GM no longer supports the independent dealerships as there is only a hand full left that built GM.The 5-star rating is for the service of excellence for Huber Chevrolet Cadillac, notits new corporate owner Woodhouse. It's a sad day for the consumer. Thanks, Huber for all the great days of your operations of sales and the service you provided.

I say what, I didn't believe any of my military friends when they told me... but I too have experienced the ABSOLUTELY WORST service I ever had in my entire life! It is truly astonishing that while we are currently serving our great country and it's even greater citizens as an active duty Airforce member, the country has beings that walk upon it's precious soil that continue to taint it, disallowing the growth of any sort of "vegetation"...I'm referring to Greg and his staff at this particular Chevy service/maintenance dealer. They tried to over charge me for my services, 4 hours of service when the technician himself verbally announced that he only actually spent 1 and a half hour to "replace the sparks plugs" on my chevrolet corvette. Who knew it would take an act of God to complete such a task. I was soooo digusted with the customer service that these individuals attempted to provide me that it made me think long and hard on why I'm serving the citizens of this country and continue to risk putting my life on the line when they aren't even appreciative of you and try to get over on you. As a Psych major I quickly analyzed which their interactions and body language both displayed that most of the workers are careless and untrustworthy. I'm almost certain they would attempt to sabotage the mechanics of your vehicle. Especially if it's a sports car or hot-rod of some sort. Even Steven Wonder himself could see the hatred and envy that laid within these individuals. My wife who's also active duty and my father who served 33 years on active duty are my witnesses on my rather unpleasant experience. I BEG that no one ever goes to this maintenance facility EVER! There's tons of better places that I would recommend you take your car to. Please please please don't come here. GOD BLESS AMERICA.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am new to Omaha and come from a state with only 1 license plate. I was referred here by a great guy at Auto Zone to get the bracket to put on a front plate. When I asked how to get it installed, the young man in parts said I could ask service. When I went out there, the service guy was rude with me and seemed annoyed I was even asking a question. He said it would cost 'about $60-80 plus labor due to needing to pay for the parts but he couldn't get me in till next week.'I think that's extremely high and he wasn't paying any attention to what I asked, didn't seem to want to help. My father spent 32yrs on the line building Chevys and I will maintain loyalty to the brand, but this is not the customer service I expect or deserve. I will look for another GM dealership to get my parts and service in the future

New to the area working and living in Omaha for an assignment. I needed an oil change, I typically stick to dealerships as it is easier to track my previous service. Service is done at the Chevy service entrance not the Cadillac one. Apparently no appointment need for oil change on Saturdays. So I drove up Saturday morning, shortly after 8 am. Yes they were busy, but I was attended to quickly. Oil change and tire rotation needed. I waited for my SUV took about 2 hours-I knew it would. The waiting area is pleasant with drinks and snacks available at no charge. Plenty of seating with TV, as well as charging stations for electronics. Bill was great, kinda quiet at first but got my Yukon taken care of in no time. Thanks again!

I've tried using other places - NEVER again. Huber gives a concise breakdown of repairs needed and even a rating of urgency (so I can space out the expenses). Prices are very fair. Erwin has always been especially courteous and helpful.Services: Vehicle Inspection

I went in to Huber Chevrolet a week ago today, Friday March 18th 2022. I saw a truck posted on their website, and wanted to test drive it and hopefully get it my garage. Having bought 2 new trucks from Huber in the past, I had felt I'd be treated pretty well. I WAS SO, SO SADLY MISTAKEN. I won't go into the long version of this. But after not getting any test drive, or much less a positive attitude on my ability to buy the truck, the sales manager, Terry Csipkas (that I've dealt with twice before) handed me a Huber staff sheet with cost and trade value. . As it turns out, I was to pay full sticker price. Oh, ok, times are tough for GM. Also, the sales offer said my trade-in value was conveniently set at my bank pay-off amount! (prior to my arrival, they used my current truck VIN and looked up my financing and payoff amount). . My trade? A near-mint condition 2018, fully loaded F-150 Fx4 super crew with the Coyote V8 engine, with ... wait for it ... 8,951 miles on it!... yep, they value my trade as worth $32,000. Kelly Blue Book-? $38-41,000. . I took the high road, thanking them and walking away. If I can enlighten even just one person on how Terry Csipkas and Huber Chevrolet operate and treat even returning customers, this review and time it took to write it will be time well spent. Thanks so much for reading.
