This pharmacy is extremely unprofessional and completely lacks customer service. From the start the older gentleman in front of me was just trying to use coupons to get cheaper prescriptions and the pharmacist was short and snappy with him.
On to my own experience, rather than using the information sent to them for my prescription via concentra for a workers comp claim injury the pharmacist tried to run my personal insurance on file claiming it was automatic. She also stated that I should just expense it with my company after trying to run my insurance which raises a lot of concern to how they do business at this pharmacy. Sounds fraudulent using insurance then expensing the rest, I don’t think insurance companies would like that. I refused to do that, makes me wonder if she may be trying to protect some sort of bonus or just flat out want to take an easier route on her end. Anyways after contacting Concentra they stated that they sent the appropriate information with the prescription request and that I should just be able to pick it up with just a form of ID. The pharmacist and med tech both told me that they supposedly didn’t have the proper numbers/information even tho the prescription had already been filled!? I had to make another phone call. Concentra gave me a number for the pharmacy to call to get any information that pharmacy would need. They made it very clear that it was for the pharmacy to use that I did not need to call myself. The med tech claimed she couldn’t do anything with that phone number and I quote: “they are wrong, and don’t know what they’re talking about.” I’d like to note that the attitude with everyone that works here is absolutely wild. Bad enough that a lady sitting next to me mentioned something in the middle of my multiple phone calls. After calling concentra for the second time that day and writing down the information for them on paper they finally handed over my prescription, two days late. Seems everyone here is miserable and doesn’t want to do their job, you’re provided you a computer and a phone for a reason.

We’ve been using this pharmacy for years. They have been going downhill and have a high turnover rate. They “forget” to fill my medication and I have to call over & over to get any movement. The pharmacist had no idea what a medicine was when we inquired about it… It was disconcerting, to say the least. I just want them to do better, get better management - whatever it takes to be the good pharmacy we used to know.

I wish I could give this pharmacy negative stars as one star seems too kind. I waited to get a script filled for over an hour just to find out they didn’t have my meds in stock. The pharmacist (Lindsay) did not even apologize for the wait or her mistake. Would rather make the medication myself from scratch (honestly it would probably be faster) then come back to this pharmacy ever again.

They had the prescription for over 7hrs and it wasn’t done when I showed up, was told it was going to be 15-20mins, after 20mins the staff was rude and simply said…I don’t have those yet…after another 20mins it still wasn’t done, so now after almost 8hrs since the prescription was sent over…still nothing.

Don't believe the bad reviews over the last 6 months or so. I've been coming here for a long time and the staff is incredibly helpful, courteous and patient. There is a drive through at Stony Brook (somebody said there wasn't in a review) and I've always been served by courteous and knowledgable staff and pharmacists.

Believe the reviews that the staff is rude. Last time I was there the lady didn't acknowledge me for about 3 minutes even though there was no line, when she finally saw me she was looking at her phone and told me one moment while she finished watching whatever it was on her phone. There is no drive thru. A lot of the times they don't even have the prescription available and don't even have the courtesy to tell you that they don't have it. I would recommend any other pharmacy near here.

I’m done with this place even though I’ve used this location for almost 10 years. It takes forever to get something filled and the staff are super rude. They spend more time gossiping than they do working which is probably why it takes DAYS to get refills done, so much so that I had to get on a plane knowing I was going to run out of meds. I had to get an emergency supply sent to a pharmacy at my destination and pay 100% out of pocket since HyVee had already charged my insurance. They then restocked the two refills because I couldn’t get back to Omaha in time (2 blizzards in a single week = flight delays). I landed like an hour after they sent a restock notice and I drove straight there from the airport. They had already restocked the meds. Bye.

I have been getting my prescriptions here for three years and will no longer be utilizing this pharmacy. The staff is always rude. This last visit tonight with Lindsay (The pharmacist) will be my last unpleasant visit I will be having. Lindsay needs some customers service skills and learn how to show some compassion instead of trying to make customers feel bad because she hates her job so much due to being short staffed and not get upset and rude with us when our prescriptions are not ready making us have to wait to get it filled at 7:30pm at night. Instead she makes it the customers fault we don't call to make sure it is getting filled today. I'm sorry you hate your job Lindsay but I don't think that gives you the right to make everyone else feel bad. A simple sorry would have sufficed. Killing people with kindness can go a long way!

Will never be going to Hyvee Pharmacy again. Needed a simple 30 day prescription, the pharmacist told me it would be a 15 min wait and that turned into 80 minutes. The lady working on my prescription was talking to her coworkers and slacking off the entire time. I could have made it into work an hour earlier if Hyvee Pharmacy didn’t jack around so much. Unacceptable service

We have had so many problems with this pharmacy claiming they've never received our prescriptions from our GP or our kids pediatrician. We constantly need to have our family's doctors call in prescriptions multiple times just to get them filled.

I have held off for 2 years on writing this because we all have off days but this place is just not great. This review is not a reflection of all their staff obviously. The first issue I had here is just the general mood of the staff. Everyone seems upset you need your medication. Helpful smile with every aisle? Maybe but not the pharmacy. I went in last year to get a prescription. I get home and find that my meds were swapped with 5mg Hydrocodone. I have no idea how that's possible with the checks and balances placed around opiates. Today when I went in the register attendant informed me she needed my ID, understandable as my prescription is a controlled substance. She tries jerking it out of my hand and tells me she needs to scan it. Policy is policy but a little respect towards other goes so far. You never know what someone has going on and these people don't seem to care. Anyways, other than that the prices are just not competitive anymore. I will have to find a new pharmacy before I need my next refill so I can just avoid this situation. I hope you have better luck.

Disappointed at the Stoneybrook location. They were supposed to deliver flowers for a wedding between 1-2. I called them at 1:50 asking where they were and someone asked if they could call me back after they check what the status was. After 2 pm they called back and said it was just leaving and on its way. We ended up missing a boutonnière and most of them had flowers totally falling apart. Was not pleased at all, thanks to them failing on many issues; we were late doing wedding photos and the some in the party didn't have flowers or they didn't look right because they were falling apart.
