Breakfast Went to eat breakfast in the restaurant area waited in line for 20 minutes to order food. Got to the front of the line and they tell me it will would be over an hour to get food. So we left. Wish they told me before I waited in line that long. Went to First Watch and got our food in 10 minutes. Won't go back to HyVee again.

I told my friends I went here and they were all like 'no way! That's so cool!' except my one friend Dave, he said 'yeah right, like a nerd like you would go there' but then I showed him my groceries and my friends laughed and said 'haha, Dave, **** you, you ******* lame head' and they all thought I was so cool, even Dave.P. S. I don't have a pic of the groceries because I already ate them all with all my friends.

Pretty good grocery store I mainly just go to this one because live less than a mile away from here so it's pretty easy to get there. The food is really good and there's a lot of variety to choose from and the Chinese food that they have there is REALLY GOOD! It feels nice inside and it doesn't feel too crowded and the employees actually are pretty decent for a grocery store.

BAKERY I called and asked for a kids cake that was construction themed, chocolate, and wanted construction rubble in the shape of a two on the top. I wasn't picky at all, the cake was kind of a last minute thing. honestly, was expecting a brown rectangle with a number two on top and didn't care if they gave my that. However, They went above and beyond and created such a cool cake for us! Thank you for reminding me how important the cake really is! Excited to order again

I have been shopping at the 108th location for several years. My experience has been awesome!!!! Also, whenever I need to purchase a special treat for special events, Staff Meetings or just family meals. Hy-Vee has gone above and beyond to make sure that I hit a home run with their recommendations for special dishes, and baked goods. In fact, Hi Vee baked my wedding cake, and to this day people asked me, " Girl, Did who did your wedding cake"??? Thank you so much Hy Vee for showing love to your customers.

10808 Fort street, Omaha.I recently had an unfortunate experience at Hy-Vee that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Several issues during my visit contributed to this negative impression, including a malfunctioning door, the unavailability of a promoted daily deal, and a lack of customer service.Firstly, upon arrival at the store, I encountered an issue with one of the entrance doors. Regrettably, it was not functioning properly, and there was no sign alerting customers about the situation. This lack of communication led to confusion and inconvenience, as customers had to navigate around the faulty door without any guidance or assistance. Ensuring that all entry points are in good working order and promptly addressing malfunctions is essential for providing a smooth and welcoming customer experience.Moreover, I was disappointed to learn that the daily deal advertised by the store had already sold out. The absence of any raincheck or alternative solution left me feeling misled and frustrated. Promoting a daily deal as a lure to attract customers, only to have the item unavailable upon arrival, comes across as a "lost leader" ploy, which damages trust and fails to meet customer expectations. Offering rainchecks or suitable alternatives in such situations is an expected practice that demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction.Lastly, the overall lack of customer service during my visit further exacerbated my disappointment. The store's failure to address the door malfunction or provide satisfactory solutions for the sold-out daily deal indicated a lack of attentiveness to customer needs. It is essential for businesses to prioritize customer service, promptly addressing issues, and finding suitable resolutions to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.Considering the aforementioned issues, I am compelled to reconsider my future patronage of [Store Name]. The combination of a malfunctioning door, unfulfilled daily deal, and inadequate customer service has significantly impacted my perception of the store. I just want to shout out the bakery! Ordering the cake for my baby shower was easy and they seemed excited to do it, and they nailed everything! I will come all the way from my small town in Iowa to get my cakes here every time now!

I was asked by Zach S who replied to this as the business owner to call the store manager and let them know. NO I will NOT do that. If you are affiliated with the store and reading and replying to their reviews that should be your job. It is very detailed as to what happened. YOU should reach out to the store. If you're wanting the store manager to talk to me you should have them contact me. I will not call the store to wait on hold and then be told the store manager is busy. This is the problem right here. It starts above and rolls all the way down. As an "owner" you should be reaching out if you are concerned. Your reply says you are the "owner of the business".

I had a horrible experience in store on August 5th. I sent an email to store management directly after to express my concerns. A month and a half later, my email has not been acknowledged or responded to. That is why I have shopped at other stores lately.

It can't be that every time I go to buy liquor they ask me for my ID. I am 48 years old and my beard is white. This is getting to be ridiculous. My driver's license expired on Sunday. And today they didn't want to sell me in the liquor area. How am I going to walk with the sheet that they give me at the DMV so that they can sell me? Or does my age change when the license expires?
