Changing my 5 star review to 1 star..
Went in around 945, at 10:30 had to ring up $200 in groceries through self check out because they refuse to have an isle open or ring me up even after i asked, i had 65 items and he was NOT FRIENDLY and made snyde remarks about me being a dasher and how thats my job when the app specifically tells you not to use self checkout, IN BOLD CAPTIONS, i am not a cashier and i did not see a friendly smile in ANY isle, let alone every =(
Ive went from loving this store to not being a fan at all lately, the employees are all whiney at night and just want to go home, then quit, just go home

Worst stafff at wine spirits I and my wife got there and I gave the ID but she asked check both of us , she forget her ID at home but she is like 27 and said we have a soft copy and then it’s her duty to collect that’s Kay but the way she asked was very rude

I was there on 7/15/24 at 10:45 pm and ask for help checking out and was told by ladie at front counter they only have self check out open I am handicap and 60 years old.
Just had hip replacement so I will never go back there

Clean, very well lit, everything is easy to find. The staff seemed friendly but I didn’t interact with anyone. Easy to get in and out which was nice.

Honestly never cared for this place. Always hard to find something, I feel the staff just stares and watches me struggling to locate items and "not anyone there fault" but the card readers suck and damn they are expensive.

This is truly my Hyvee store. The staff are amazing and the pharmacy is awesome too. I had issues a year ago with the pharmacy and not able to get meds delivered or ordered and the store manager would go out of his way when he got off to deliver my wife’s meds and I’m so happy they improved immensely. I’m finally happy to see security at the store watching out for homeless vagrants who used to shop lift and steal all the time. My only complaint is the lack of self check out or speedy lines. Or that you get sent to customer service to do split payments like half cash half card. They should update their self check out like bakers and Walmart were you can do split payments in a fast second no problem
