Excellent customer service-Kaitlyn helped pick out and size my daughter for a Victorian Era costume. She was thorough, patient, and seemed to have as much fun as we did. Signed a contract to pick up costume day before the event and return the day after. Paid via credit card. Highly recommend.

The best hidden gem of a costume shop I have ever been to. Great one on one personalized service. A great selection of costumes, wigs and accessories. You must also check out the rental costumes. Much better quality with more detail. I highly recommend.
