Excellent service! Our Traverse needed a new door handle on the passenger side. I initially got an estimate from B Street Collison who would have charged me close to 700 for a door handle replacement. I am do glad have taken my car to Crash Champions because they were friendly, fast and affordable. They didn't try to take advantage of my situation. I got a much more reasonable estimate Friday and by Tuesday was on my way. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Andy and his team performed a top-notch repair on my Lexus LS460! Their communication during the entire repair was clear and appreciated! Friendly and extremely helpful staff and talented repair technicians make them a cut above the rest! Thanks, guys!

I previously posted a bad review for this company and I did it in a reactionary manner. They were absolutely awesome to work with. Andy was amazing with communication. My issue really wasn't with them, it was with a company that they worked with. The concern has been resolved and I absolutely apologize for being reactionary with my comments.

I brought my Mazda5 to Crash Champions to have the tailgate lock and the passenger sliding door handle replaced and I have been pleasantly impressed with their service, transparency and workmanship. Andy explained the repairs and I got put on the schedule; it took about 2 weeks until all the parts were in. I dropped my car off in the morning around 8am and it was ready by 4pm the same day. My Mazda5 is as good as new!!! I look forward to coming back!!!

Called to get help on removal for door handles/ book a job. “Andy” answered rudely and declined the job. Then when I asked for him to look up time on a job using ccc (their estimating software) he said no it would take too long too type in the info ? don’t use crash champions for ANYTHING. Just a bunch of misfit lazy guys turning out subprime repairs. Go to Searl Autobody instead.

Still no word from "business owner" Julya H. Disappointed Waiting for a reply.. still.I heard from Cheryl, regional manager. She apologized for the lack of communication I received and did her best to make it right even though the end result is the same. The repairs that were done to my truck look great. End result is unchanged, but acceptable. Thank you Cheryl for making the time to contact me.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Andy and his team are absolutely amazing. After being in a hit and run accident, they got my Lexus back in great shape. This car has a lot of sentimental value to me, as it was passed down from a family member that is no longer with us. I teared up a bit when I saw it. They really take excellent care of you. I am forever grateful. Thank you Andy and to everyone who worked hard to put my car back together. It means so much. 10/10 Highly recommend!

I had only some minor scratches on my truck. Crash Champions had the lowest estimate and shorter wait time to get in. Staff were all very friendly and wanting to assist me. My truck looks perfect, was done on time and had been detailed when I picked it up. Will use them again if needed.Service: Painting

I wanted to wait to submit my review. To make sure everything dried evenly and double check any blemishes.Everything that was in Crash Champions control was smooth and effortless. We worked with Andy and he was extremely professional. While still being able to understand our concerns and deal with our emotions. I couldn't have imagined this very unfortunate situation going any more easy, thanks to Andy. He's a great part of your team and does more than you ask of him, I'm sure of it. He personally drove us to Enterprise to pick up the rental car.I'm very happy with the end result. My truck is as beautiful as ever and we handled with so much care.Thank you all so very much!!
