Estimate took 3+ weeks. Car left open for more than a month while other cars were being painted in the area. Paint residue everywhere. Interior of the car will forever smell like paint so my children can't ride in it any longer. Alignment is off. No updates unless I called and then got every excuse possible. 100% would not recommend and will never use them again.

If 0 stars and horrible was an option that's what I would have picked! Went in for an estimate for an insurance claim in November 2022 and was told parts were a month out. Waited a month and never heard back from them. Called and was told my insurance doesn't accept non OEM parts and that they were working with my insurance to get this issue resolved. Again never heard back so we continued to call once a week trying to get updates. We were told only the manager could provide us with updates but he was never in and never returned our calls. So here it is now April (vehicle still isn't repaired) and I find out that Crash Champions never once contacted my insurance to discuss the claim. Pretty bad when a business lies to you about speaking to your insurance company especially when they contract with State Farm.

These guys are so kind. My headlights’ bulbs needed to be installed. No other shop wanted to help me that day even when I was ready to pay. These guys jumped right in and helped me. So kind and so supportive. This if the place I Will be taking my car in from now on.

This place was recommended by our insurance company after we were rear ended on feb 16th. On February 18th, I dropped my vehicle off. Brenda was very welcoming as well as the blue eyed gentleman that sits across from her (sorry I forgot your name). They got me taken care of immediately. Car was dropped off, rental was delivered, papers were signed in about 45 mins. Blue eyes went over the car damage with me and was very thorough on how the process worked. Today on February 25th I recieved a call from Brenda saying my car was ready I WAS SHOCKED. So speedy. I picked up my car an hour later. BEAUTIFUL AS EVER!! Like nothing ever happened. Service was excellent. Thank you for all you do/did in such a timely manner as we epected at least 2 weeks if no longer!Services: Painting

Took over a week to just look at my car. Received an estimate of about 6,000 to fix my car but after they had it for about 1 & ½ weeks they called me and said it was going to be 14,000 to fix it. I understand an estimate is just that an estimate or guess but the price doubled and it took them over a week to even tell me that.

My experience with Crash Champions was absolutely amazing!! Jayce was so friendly and helpful as he explained the process as well as what I was to expect. I felt confident that I was in good hands. I got my car back sooner than I expected and it was beautifully cleaned and all the damages were no longer to be seen. My vehicle was towed and I was told it was going to this location, and when i called to check, they weren't able to locate it, but they did the awesome legwork to check if it went to a different location. (It was not, but this was not their fault, my car was located finally.). Super nice, very helpful and professional, they were excellent with this stressful situation.

Initially I had a good experience with the Ralston location for an Insurance repair. Fast forward 3 months later after having my car inspected done by the wind storm in July, and they discovered that there was unfinished repairs to the vehicle underneath. I was hit by another driver, they rear ended me going 35-40 mph while I was at a dead stop. The damage was extensive to say the least. Their insurance covered everything. Inter-Tech was wonderful. When I dropped off my car, a rental car from enterprise was there for me to use while my car was being repaired. When I brought the rental back, they have a special spot to park the rental which is monitored by a camera so if damage occurs after you return the vehicle, it is on camera. The staff was friendly, professional and wonderful with answering any questions that I had. The whole back end of my car needed to be replaced, and it only took them two weeks to get parts in, painted and my car put back together. They were always responsive when I called to check on the status of my car, and they even cleaned the inside of my car for me! I would definitely use them again, and I would recommend them to friends and family for repair work.Services: Painting

Intertech Collision in Ralston was professional from start to finish. This location was very close to where I live. They were able to get my car in when it was convenient to me. They followed all the Covid protocols. They kept me updated every step of the way. When I went to pick up my car, they were there to meet me. They even offered to help me transfer everything from the rental car to my own car. When I saw my car......I was thrilled! They had washed it, vacuumed the interior and dusted everything inside!!
