Always will be the only carwash I’ll utilize. Coming from running a car wash I’ve learned what to look for.

First time there, used touch less, still have texas bugs. Next time will use soft brush. Great blower for drying.

Always nice a clean. No mud on the floors of the self-serve bays like at other places. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but it also means that when it is your turn, you get a good wash!

Sometimes there is a wait, but it's all good, it's a great car wash. Both the self-service bays and the automatic bays, do a great job. Plenty of options for either bay, and go od value for the money.

It's simple, inexpensive, effective, fast. There are a couple billion car washes in West Omaha, and I keep ending up at this one.

As a seasoned car enthusiast and a meticulous owner, I’ve had my fair share of experiences with various car wash services. I’ve visited countless car wash establishments, allowing me to keenly discern the distinctive quality of IQ Car Wash. IQ has stood out as a remarkable choice in the ever-competitive car care industry. What, for me, sets IQ Car Wash apart is their cleanliness, price, and quality. Their self-service bays are equipped with high quality and well-maintained equipment, including high-pressure washers, foaming brushes, and spot-free rinse systems. One reason I wholeheartedly encourage others to patronize IQ Car Wash is their dedication to environmental responsibility. They utilize ecofriendly cleaning products and water recycling systems, minimizing their ecological footprint, which is a commendable initiative in today's world. Their competitive pricing, combined with the quality of service, truly makes it a smart choice for car owners on any budget. The cleanliness of the facility and well-organized layout contribute to a pleasant and efficient experience. Overall, IQ car wash has earned my trust and loyalty due to its exceptional price point, environmental conscientiousness, and quality of services provided.Services: Auto detailing

Where to start, I'll just say I won't be visiting this Omaha IQ Car Wash again. Went through the automatic wash with the brushes. Once the wash was done, I started through the dryer. Dryer didn't get the front dried enough, so I backed up to have it dry some more since I had plenty of time left on the 70 second dryer. Dryer stopped working once I started to go forward again, still had about 60 seconds left. Two thirds of my car was still wet. Asked via email when I got home for a refund since the dryer stopped early. Here's where it gets good, instead of apologizing and issuing me a refund, the owner of this car wash blamed me for the car not getting dried since I backed up a little to finish drying the front which shut off the dryer. He also mentioned I drove too quickly when drying the car, I think I know how to drive a car through a car wash. Why would anyone install a car wash dryer that shuts off when a car is still there getting dried with plenty of time left on the timer? Anyway, the owner said a refund was unwarranted after looking at his video, he likes to look at his videos it seems, he even invited me to do so with him. He said his car wash was working properly, no refund. There was a sign next to the timer that said “Do Not Back Up,” I'm thinking so that people don't hit another car already in the bay behind them, which there wasn't anyone behind me. I told him the sign needs to be more specific and let customers know that the dryer will shut off if you back up. His reply, in his own words, was: “As far as putting more explanation on the sign, the words do not back up really don’t need more explanation other than you should not back up. There are multiple reasons you should not back up and therefore not backing up is the point of the sign.” Well, when the dryer doesn't do a good enough job the first time, one needs to back up and give it more drying time, I paid for 70 seconds of dry time. Other similar car washes I've been to let you back up without shutting down the dryer.I then asked for the corporate phone number. Here are a few more of his quotes from emails he sent me. “I alone have full control of whether or not you receive a refund. The entire site is owned by me.” “Also, there is no further to go in any chain as I am the owner of IQ Carwash in Omaha,” At this point I looked up the number for corporate myself. One last quote from the local owner after I contacted corporate. “just wanted you to know that the "corporate office" did receive your phone call and referred back to me. As stated before they have no control over my accounts and would refer back to me with situations like this and all situations.” Corporate did call me back a day later and was going to look into it. Corporate did apologize and wanted to make it right. I'm sure corporate doesn't want their brand tarnished by local owners if they can help it.If you do a little research online, the local owner on a website type interview a few years ago mentioned the following: “We guarantee our products and believe in top-notch customer service and a clean facility to ensure customer satisfaction.” Apparently those words don't mean much, I wasn't a satisfied customer. Make sure to read all the Google and Yelp reviews for this Omaha IQ Car Wash location yourself. Not sure how he manages to have so many stars, but if you read all the reviews, especially the lower to average rated reviews, it seems he tries to make it the customers' fault and comes up with excuses for whatever problems they had. Maybe more after the sale customer service training is needed for this owner? They can keep my $12.84 and the free wash. I'm more interested in providing for others this honest, accurate and thorough review, since I had the time. On a positive note, he does seem to respond to all reviews whether good or bad. I'll be curious to see how he replies to my review given here. Maybe he will just send me an email, I'll let everyone know if he d

This is a 5 star touch less car wash. I rated 4 because I wish they had an unlimited pass option please consider adding one or multiple per wash tier. My ocd is begging for one. Please!Services: Auto detailing

I'm one of those people that occasionally washes their vehicle and doesn't pay for a monthly fee. IQ has 4 do it yourself bays and a drive thru one more expensive that I haven't used. Normal wash is the usual dial method. Starts at $4. Good spot.
