They had all of my forms for 5 days and never did my taxes, after the lady told me 3 different times they would be ready. I had to find the number to the Main branch and hunt down a Supervisor so my taxes wouldn't be late. Then they expected me to pay full price of $356 for a regular return that was not even itemized. Bye. I would have gave them no stars but it wouldn't let me.

I’ve been going to Jackson Hewitt for the last few years and never leave disappointed. They are fast and efficient. They always answer any of my questions without making me feel stupid for asking. I love them and recommend them to anyone!

I decided to give Jackson Hewitt one more try after my last few bad experiences so I went to a different location on N. 90th. I'm very glad to say it was a pleasant experience. I got right in and seen at the time of my appointment. She explained everything to me concerning all the new changes with my tax return. I am very glad I went there.
