please stop pressuring employees to badger customers! felt uncomfortable as an employee at the beauty area wouldn't let up after trying to walk away. customers shouldn't have to feel pressured to stay in stores!

Has seen better days. Things like displays were much more appealing in days past. Still a step up from Target or Walmart for clothes choices. It is sad to see these mall stores losing to hard times due to theft and online shopping.

It truly was a ghost town. It seemed like the four customers in the store were all at one register checking out I only saw a total of two people in that store as staff members. It could be they were all at lunch, doing inventory, working on some display somewhere I don't know I can't pick up different reasons why it could just be the way things are that they really don't need more than that

The one at the West roads has a very small options of plus size women's. Hard to get through isles. Bathroom look and smell as if never cleaned. Even the vents are caked with dirt. They should not even be open to public.

I went to JCP today w/ a lady friend bc they had an addtl 30% off sale one day only. Couldn't resist the temptation. Bought two different tshirts for $16.00 & one of them was Liz Claiborne & my lady friend bought a well made pair of capris & tshirt for under $20.00. Worth the trip!

I had my chain go into repair with a warranty and they gave me a option to have a buyout and destroyed or to be returned, I asked it to be returned if it wasn’t repairable since it was a very sentimental to me. I was told to call a number and when I did they never answered. I tried for over a few weeks and no answer. When I was finally able to go into the store I was told me the chain was destroyed. I never authorize this.
Now since they messed up and put it to be destroyed they gave me two options, to buy it out or exchange it for another chain as there was nothing they could do.
I also had to pay an additional 25% because an ex employee bought it for me on top of my new warranty so now I have to pay over $110 because somebody messed up.

A grey haired older lady at the men's department was so rude this evening. She told me my receipt was expired which wasn't listed on the receipt, which is frustrating...But to make matters worse, she refused to help and called a manager over right away. She gave me dirty looks and was totally hateful. I wish customer service workers had more heart. Now, the red headed manager was a Godsend and helped me like a good employee should. I just wish her older friend had a good attitude. Won't be back. I'm so done with this when online shopping is so easy nowadays. That older woman should be retrained!!!! She is so mean and hateful. She then proceed to ask her coworker about what to buy later! Appalling. Honestly this should not happen.

I know shopping malls are in decline all across America, but this was the saddest and most depressing shopping experience I've ever had. The place was deserted, dimly lit, all dressing rooms were blocked off or locked, and there was only one employee on the entire floor. When I inquired about unlocking a dressing room they pointed at the one all the way across the store and said to use that one. Won't be returning unless I have absolutely no other option.
