Came to replace tires and they were able to repair instead! Great catch by the technician. I came here by my elderly mothers advice. Spot on great! Nice clean waiting area w/television to watch or venture across the street and up a few doors to shop

I recently visited this location and had a wonderful experience. I had a flat tire and wasn’t sure if I needed a new tire or if they could patch it up. Was welcomed in by a gentleman who I wish I remembered his name. He was so welcoming and got to work on my car right away. Christian then was manning the desk while the nice man went to the garage to work on my car. Christian was so kind and informative about tire options. Luckily they were able to patch my tire but I know now that I will be returning to this location with any car issues. I was so impressed by their kindness and assistance! Thanks again guys!

Got me in without an appointment for a flat tire. Kept me up to date and had it completed in 6-1/2 hours even with having to order the tire.

It took five hours just to complete the patch, and the tires weren’t even properly aired up—leaving me to handle that myself in the rain the following day. I was also called only one minute before closing to pick up my car.

I've been doing business with Jensen Tire and Auto for many years now. What I like about them is they are a locally owned family business. They do a great job of taking care of my automotive needs. If my wife brings one of our cars in I don't have to worry about their honesty or integrity, they have proven themselves to us over the years.
Don't go to Tires Plus at 74th and Pacific. Biggest bunch of two-legged coyotes I've ever seen in my lifetime.

We arrived at 10 am to get one tire repaired, and the work wasn't finished until 1:20 pm. They work very, very slowly; they are lazy.
