I was in the area for work and decided to get a sandwich for lunch later. I arrived at 10:15, unaware the store opens at 10:30. Disappointed in myself, I was walking away when the a gentleman opened the door and invited me inside, saying it was no problem at all to take my order. I feel that this act alone is enough to warrant a perfect review from me, but on top of all of that, the sandwich was phenomenal and although I got it to go, I love the look and feel of this restaurant and between the impeccable service, delicious food, and cozy atmosphere, I would be more than happy to come back any time.

My sandwich bread was burnt and the onions in the Totally Tuna sandwich were really strong and overpowering. Normally their sandwiches are great but this time I couldn't finish my sandwich at all because of the taste of burnt bread and onions.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Taylor at Jimmy John's, and I must say, she is the epitome of the perfect employee. From the moment I walked in, her welcoming smile and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home.Taylor's attention to detail and efficiency were truly impressive. Despite the fast-paced nature of the restaurant, she handled every order with precision and a positive attitude. It's clear that she takes pride in her work, ensuring that each customer receives their meal promptly and with a smile.My overall experience was elevated by Taylor's exceptional service. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was accurate and delivered with speed. Taylor's dedication to providing outstanding customer service did not go unnoticed, and it made my visit to Jimmy John's truly enjoyable. With such a positive experience, I will definitely be coming back. Kudos to Taylor for making my visit memorable!

This is the third time they have messed up my order for me and my family. Thought this time that doing an online order would for sure not be able to be screwed up. I was wrong. I also asked for extra mayo packets and they told me “there’s some in there”. There was 1 for two sandwiches…poor service and a bad experience.

The workers smoke pot and probably do other drugs at the Elkhorn Jimmy John’s. My neighbor’s son worked there but quit shortly after because of the employee drug peer pressure culture at this location. Not sure about other locations. That’s why they can’t get the orders right. It’s a known fact and the manager is in on it too. They don’t care!
