Horrible customer service, had to wait ten minutes to get a salesman to give us the “cheapest” price, drove down to Body Basics and got what we needed for a 1/3 of the price. Rude, arrogant and flat out liars! It’s all about customer service and price for a single mom. They’ll be out of business soon!

Jesse and his team at Johnson Fitness were amazing to work with while we narrowed down the equipment we needed for our home gym. Their wide selection of quality brands were all set up to try which offered plenty to choose from with better options than other stores I’ve seen. His depth of knowledge of on each piece of equipment was unparalleled and allowed my wife and I to make an informed choice. Top that with a solid customer service experience throughout the purchasing process and after made my shopping experience the best customer service I’ve seen in years. He bent over backwards to ensure I had everything we needed and his team made sure our equipment was perfect and right for us.Thank you Jesse and we will definitely be coming back!

I first visited this store just to look around and see what options they had. I was pleased with the wide variety of choices ranging from treadmills, ellipticals, row machines, weight training machines stair climber and more. The gentleman I spoke with was great. I am fairly certain his name was Andrew. He was very knowledgeable and we had a great chat about the various machines, pros and cons, etc.All-in-all, when the time is right I hope to get my next machine from Andrew.

I ordered an elliptical from them on October 23. They told me it would be in in four to six weeks. I didn’t hear anything from them, so I called them on November 28 and they told me that it would be another 2 to 3 weeks. Again, I didn’t hear anything from them so I called them on December 18 and they told me that it would not be in until the end of January. I understand that there are delays in shipping during the pandemic, however they never once reached out to me to give me an update. When I looked on the website for the manufacturer, it said that model was sold out. When I asked Johnson fitness about that they said there’s was reserved since they had already put the order in. I really didn’t feel like I could believe them about that and I canceled the order.

I have to say how happy I am with my experience at Johnson F&W due to the GREAT customer service from Jesse Kinney! I bought a new Echelon Ex5-S bike a month or so ago. I ordered it and received it earlier than expected which was nice. Secondly, in the set up process - the tablet w/bike crashed due to a new update needed. I tried everything to fix it - didn't work. Customer Service w/Echelon was non-responsive to Jesse & myself for 2 weeks. Jesse made sure that I had a tablet to use so he gave me the JFW demo tablet until mine was fixed. Echelon sent a file via email which required me to get a SIM card. He personally went out & bought the SIM card needed that Echelon requested to download the zip FIX file. Mind you- COVID-19 started and everything was closed but Jesse went out of his way on numerous occasions to help me regardless. I would buy ANY Fitness equipment from Jesse @Johnson F&W. He does the RIGHT thing and was very personable in the process. I LOVE my bike and am very happy with my purchase! Grateful for such amazing service at a difficult time in our economy!

I ended up buying a spin bike from them. The owner (I think he was) was very helpful. I had a issue with the company who made the bike with their customer service. So I ended up returning the bike and getting a new one. As far as for Johnson Fitness, they were very helpful during this process.

Jesse was extremely helpful and guided us to an elliptical that id better than what we expected. It really helped trying out the various machines and have Jesse explain the pros and cons of each. Ultimately, we pad a little more than we anticipated, but got exactly what we were looking for - kudos to him for the guidance.

Store has always had a nice layout and friendly staff. No one I've ever worked with has every seemed to sales pitchy. They are more concerned with making sure that you get what you need and want. Chris was at the store, super helpful guy. We joked around a bit and he helped me load the weights I picked up. If anyone swings in definitely check for him.

The Horizon elliptical has developed a knocking sound and we need your lithium based grease and instructions of where to apply the grease to eliminate the knocking sound and prevent damage to a practically new machine.
